Good hotel, with very handy parking for visiting the city
Pros:

Great location to be able to access the hospital on foot and then go out by car later in the day/evening

Cons:

Breakfast offering was ok, but not fantastic. Would rather have a freshly cooked breakfast.

Hotel was ok and staff were helpful and did their best , but we’d only stay there again if we were going to the football

Right next to the football stadium, we should really have checked location. Air Conditioning was broken and hotel was boiling . They did provide fans .

Helpful staff, comfy and clean rooms.
Pros:

Everything was perfect in terms of value for money, cleanliness, catering for a budget hotel. The fact that my son could go free for the family room we booked was such a great bonus. The breakfast was good; there was variety.

Cons:

The only downside was the air conditioning wasn't working in the whole of the hotel when we arrived. I felt an email should have been sent to let us know ahead, because it appeared that it had occurred some days before and would take a while to fix. Although fans had been provided, the room was extremely hot during the night.

Uncomfortable stay on a hot day
Pros:

The reception was fantastic Lily and luxsh are the best I met. Very happy with the reception.

Cons:

In the lift a notice stating ac is not working on a hot day. After checking in we see this notice.

Pros:

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The extra bed was completely uncomfortable and the head was lower than the leg side. Also the aircone was blowing hot air and it was not possible to close it or change the temperature. They gave us fun but still with the aircone on hot it was unbearable

Good for the money, quiet since there was no game on next door. Might be different on game night.
Pros:

Staff handing out fans and chilled water when the aircon broke down.

Cons:

Got a south facing room, temperatures were in the mid-thirties, and the aircon was out of service. Didn't sleep much.

Was a wonderful stay outside the bedroom as it was to hot

Everything was nice except the car parking that was not very easy for someone who is very new. Once we realized the barrier would open automatically it was easy. I wish the room had AC as it was too hot inside.
