All good except for Air con not working.
Pros:

The room was good.Breakfast was good.Bed was ok pillows a bit hard.

Cons:

Oh the roasting alive with no air con working.Yes we had a fan.But dear me 30 degrees on one day.It was so bad for sleeping.

Good staff poor maintenance

Air con not working and it's been hot all summer up to 30 degrees how can a large company not fix air con very bad sleep little to none the next day we were playing Leicester city my teenager is an academy level goalkeeper and was ill and struggled to play well bearing in mind she plays junior premier league
The toilet didn't flush at all and the shower was poor with very little pressure
At no point when booking did it say about problems with air con

Avoid this place+
The air-conditioning doesn't work and the room was very uncomfortable. The staff were courteous but unfortunately placed in a position to apologise to guests for this situation which apparently hasn't been rectified for a long time!

AIR CON broken in a heatwave!!!! Breakfast very disappointing compared to other HI. No big plates, bacon very pink, staff who were training a new person were making the trainee so scared she was shaking!!!

Staff very helpful but facilities slightly lacking

The location was good and staff were very polite and helpful

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working and although a fan was supplied it made very little difference to the temperature of the room. There was no plug socket near the mirror for use with hair straighteners or anything else. There needs to be a mirror over the desk or another socket near the mirror.
