That staff didn’t really speak to you. The food was diabolical. Couldn’t even get an evening meal as delivery hadn’t come.

Hotel and facilities were great - shame that my team, Exeter Chiefs, lost so badly!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean, as were public areas. Broken heating/AC meant room was colder than normal, but not an issue, as I prefer a cool room! The location was perfect as I came run for a game at the Rugby stadium and it was a very convenient walk.

Very mediocre.
Pros:

Good location for attending the stadium

Cons:

There was no proper food menu available. The staff look like they have been forced to work there and everything is a massive effort. There are people who are living in the hotel and turn up for breakfast in their nightwear… its very off-putting when you're paying to stay.

The location is ideal .

Cons:

The amenities were not working such as the AC , kettle, hairdryer . We even had to change our room during the night . Very unpleasant stay

Perfect location for football match
Pros:

Location excellent for our match at the King Power Stadium. Great staff & very well organised bar for before & after the match. Asked for high floor & quiet room beforehand & this was very comfortable for our one night stay.

Cons:

Appreciate the price is inflated on match days due to demand but it was expensive for this hotel.
Breakfast finished too early at 9.30.

The hotel is in a great spot for football. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is the prices have gone up alot over a short period of time. Have stayed here 10 times
