Alles war nicht gut
Das Hotel ist sehr alt und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf der Buchungsseite. Vor dem Hotel lag Müll, und meine Freundin und ich haben uns dort ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt. Die Möbel waren alt und teilweise kaputt, die Fenster waren schmutzig und in der Dusche war Schimmel. Außerdem lief das Wasser beim Duschen überall hin.

Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir nicht einmal die erste Nacht dort verbringen konnten. Nach nur etwa zwei Stunden mussten wir deshalb eine andere Unterkunft suchen und das Hotel verlassen.

Obwohl wir dort keine einzige Nacht geblieben sind und das Zimmer überhaupt nicht genutzt haben, wurde uns kein einziger Cent zurückerstattet. Wir finden das absolut nicht angemessen und bitten daher um eine Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags

Staff super efficiente e Gentile, le camere purtroppo per i miei gusti troppo piccole, l’aria condizionata canalizzata praticamente inesistente! E con fuori 50 gradi dormire era impossibile.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour du début à la fin. L’accueil a été particulièrement agréable : le personnel est très gentil, serviable et toujours à l’écoute.
Le petit-déjeuner est également très correct, avec de bons produits. Une mention spéciale à la personne en charge du service du petit-déjeuner, qui est vraiment au top, souriante et très professionnelle.
L’établissement est également très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable, à proximité de la gare et du centre historique. L’endroit est très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
