Bom custo benefício e ótima localização

A localização é ótima e é possível fazer muitos passeios a pé ou ônibus pela avenida principal logo na esquina. O quarto era bem fresco e com a temperatura agradável, essencial para o verão siciliano. A equipe foi muito amigável e nos recebeu muito bem. Acho que é um bom custo benefício se você quer explorar a cidade e não espera passar muito tempo no hotel.

Cons:

A janela do meu quarto dava de frente com outro prédio, era muito próximo então não havia privacidade com a janela aberta. O hotel é muito antigo e é possível ouvir o barulho do quarto de outros hóspedes, o sabonete líquido para banho estava completamente aguado. No geral a impressão é de que é tudo um pouco antigo e precisando de uma boa reforma. O café da manhã é ok e não excede expectativas.

Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner. Position de l'hôtel, proche des centres d'intérêt.

I must honestly say that I have never been welcomed with such warmth and respect. The hotel meets every need, is in a fantastic location, and is close to a beautiful park. There are convenient bus connections to a wonderful beach, and the city center is within walking distance.

The breakfast is delicious, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo!

Pessimo e deludente. Peccato per la posizione

Solo la posizione che era centrale.

Cons:

Lo staff, alla richiesta di cambiare camera perché allergici e con la moquette saremmo stati male, si sono infastiditi (probabilmente perché ho atteso una mezz’ora che arrivasse mio marito per decidere di dover cambiare camera e non accontentarci di quella data) e ci hanno dato una camera al settimo piano, vetusta e poco funzionale: la doccia non aveva la cabina, il materasso era sfondato, i mobili erano vecchissimi, lo scarico faceva il cosiddetto “rinculo” se altri scaricavano…
Insomma una tortura provare a dormire, nonostante ciò siamo anche stati accompagnati tutta la notte dal rumore dei pipistrelli che sbattevano vicino la finestra che, precisiamo, non aveva nemmeno le imposte, pertanto non abbiamo potuto aprirle per tutta la notte o avremmo rischiato che entrassero. La cosa che io e mio marito abbiamo pensato è stata che ci hanno dato l’ultima delle camere, quella più vecchia e in disuso e per questo motivo siamo assolutamente delusi e non ci torneremo più, anche perché lo staff non è stato per nulla accogliente e comprensivo, anzi, a qualsiasi richiesta ci sono sembrati infastiditi
