Notte in bianco
Pros:

Posizione centrale , bella la struttura.

Cons:

Interni un po’ datati, e stanze non insonorizzate, rumor provenienti dall’esterno, dalle camere a fianco e nella mia stanza in particolare si sentiva un rumore molto forte proveniente dal bagno. Per tutta la notte sono stata svegliata di soprassalto dai rumori proveniente dalla tubatura del bagno, rumori improvvisi e di forte intensità . A nulla è servito chiamare la reception, nessuna assistenza. Notte in bianco.

Pros:

Quando veniamo a Palermo ormai alloggiare in questo hotel è diventata una piacevole abitudine.
Comoda la posizione a due passi dal centro. Confortevoli le stanze. Ampio assortimento per la colazione.

Value for money if you are just spending nights good and welcoming breakfast.
Pros:

It’s really ok hotel. 15 minutes to Teatro Massimo. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good loads of varieties and there was a man explaining the breakfast with such fondness.

Cons:

The furniture is very old but it was ok for us as we stayed nights and spent the day outside

Hotel che necessita di ristrutturazione urgente
Pros:

Il personale fantastico gentile e disponibile, buona la colazione, il sig Giuseppe sempre sorridente e gentile , la pulizia al top

Cons:

Insonorizzazione delle camere pessima, portati i tappi altrimenti senti tutto quello che si svolge nelle stanze attigue, bagno da rifare, arredamento orribile

Not truly a 3-star standard, but acceptable for the price and overall still worth considering for a budget stay.
Pros:

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, and a 24-hour reception which was very convenient

Cons:

The condition of the room did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. The walls are very thin, so noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible.

The bathroom had several issues: visible mold in multiple areas (including near the shower and ceiling), strong limescale buildup, and some damaged or poorly maintained elements. The shower pressure was uncomfortably strong and difficult to use, and there was a stain in the bathtub. The towels also had an unpleasant smell.

Additionally, some parts of the room were not functioning properly, such as the balcony door and the blinds.

Another major issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work at all during our entire stay. We were told it would be fixed within a day, but unfortunately this never happened.

The staff were nice enough and it was clean so far as I could make out.

Cons:

The WiFi didn't work at all, the heating in the room was poor, the shower was lukewarm at maximum temperature and the pressure was very low. Shampoo/soup dispensers are locked down so you can only use get a tiny amount out with one pump Very dated facilities, there's clicker buttons that once played music from the bedside etc. No international TV channels and all plug sockets in our room were inaccessible, had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone. Two tiny lifts service the entire hotel. Weird policy of asking guests to leave room key behind reception when leaving the building. You certainly get what you pay for!

Bruyant, pas idéal pour se reposer

Emplacement ok et nouvelle chambre après que la mienne était trop bruyante
Personnel agréable

Cons:

Chambres pas du tout isolées, on entend la circulation et les travaux de la via Maqueda mais surtout les entrées et venues des autres clients, les ronflements, les cris des enfants
