Overall the hotel is great value for money. We had exceptional service and a lovely stay.
Pros:

The staff here is beyond amazing. They were very helpful, friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center.
The rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need.

Cons:

The furniture and decor is a bit dated but you can see that in the pictures.

Cons:

Il fatto che non ci fosse la possibilità di avere una doppia chiave. Uno degli ascensori ha il pavimento che si inarca al passaggio, soprattutto se la persona è pesante. Potrebbe essere pericoloso alla lunga, se non si interviene per la messa in sicurezza.

Cons:

Arredi molto vetusti, alcuni danneggiati! Moquette del corridoio sporche. Tende poco da arredo e inutili perché trasparenti e non coprivano dal palazzo di fronte. Stanza molto rumorosa, di notte si sentivano colpi arrivare dal muro… probabilmente dalla stanza accanto. Insonorizzazione assente. Bagni da rifare. Tuttavia sono consapevoli e stanno già facendo lavori di ristrutturazione

EXPERIENCIA LAMENTABLE Y DECEPCIONANTE
Pros:

A destacar la amabilidad de Giuseppe, el responsable de la cocina y comedor. Fue encantador y muy atento, siempre pendiente de las necesidades de la clientela. El desayuno aceptable en cuanto a calidad y bastante completo en cuanto a variedad. Aunque en general, falta personal que atienda en condiciones el comedor.
La ubicación está muy bien, queda muy cerca de la plaza Politeama y a 20 o 30 minutos caminando del centro histórico.

Cons:

El estado de la habitación que nos asignaron era lamentable. Ubicada en el piso principal, no podíamos subir las persianas porque las ventanas no tenían cortinas. Al entrar había un fuerte olor a tuberías/desagües, a pesar de estar la ventana del baño abierta. La ducha tenía todas las juntas sucias de moho oscuro y se cerraba con una mampara de fuelle de plástico también sucia y rota. La cisterna del inodoro hacía un ruido estruendoso. La habitación era amplia, con moqueta en el suelo, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, estaba abierta y bloqueada. Había una butaca que tenía el respaldo roto. Los enchufes de las mesillas estaban ocupados con las lámparas por lo que no podíamos enchufar los cargadores de los móviles. En toda la habitación no había ningún enchufe disponible que no estuviera ocupado con la tele, nevera…. Solamente estaba el del baño, encima del lavabo y otro en el hall de la habitación.
Todo el mobiliario era antiguo y viejo. Claramente necesita una reforma para actualizar las instalaciones a los tiempos en los que estamos y más labores de mantenimiento. A su favor, se puede decir que el servicio de limpieza fue bueno. Las sábanas y toallas muy limpias y de calidad. A pesar de que el primer día se notaba que la habitación había estado cerrada mucho tiempo, con la limpieza diaria y el paso de los días, mejoró.
Claramente, las 3 estrellas no se corresponden con el estado de la habitación que se nos asignó.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Very pleasant people who are always ready to answer any questions and help. The location is also very good, and the hotel itself has a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

However, I had to change rooms because there was an unpleasant smell, there were no curtains, and the blinds would not close completely. The renovation in that room was also not very good. Fortunately, they changed my room without any problems. The new room was much more spacious, cozy, and had a newer renovation. It was much more pleasant to stay there.
