Highly recommend if you like old school character.
Pros:

I have stayed at the Wagner a few times, I love the traditional style, charm and old school elegance, much more interesting than a “boutique hotel “. Away from the busy tourist area but still very well located.

Cons:

It could do with a little tlc.

Bett wirklich nicht bequem
Bar etwas lieblos (warum nicht etwas Jazz oder so laufen lassen?)
Hat rein gar nichts mit Wagner zu tun (abgsehen von der Strasse), kein Problem, aber dann nicht damit hausieren...
Aber grundsätzlich würd ich wieder hingehen

Beautiful classic hotel in central Palermo location
Pros:

Wonderful classic Italian hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and lovely staff. Situated in great location walkable to all the main sites. Great breakfast included too.

Cons:

Can’t really complain as customer service faultless. We had a noisy corner room on first floor but were moved without any fuss for the rest of our stay into a lovely quiet inside room

We had a good stay but will look for a place that all amenities are open for full use!
Pros:

Great Staff good people

Cons:

They have a beautiful rooftop bar and a place to unwind at end of day but was only open for breakfast 7:30am to 10:30am! Such a waste of space.

Personnel très attentif et souriant ! Déjeuner varié avec des options végétales, telles que le lait ou le yaourt, qui font plaisir. Le service de parking est très appréciable étant donné que l’hôtel se situe en plein centre-ville.

Very Satisfying.
Pros:

The staff was really incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Stefania. I e been traveling for years and she was far and away the best helpful person ever. And so polite. She was so helpful with every question I asked. She even rented a car for us and had it delivered to the hotel to save us the trouble of going to the agency. Her directions to attractions were spot on. And the door man also was helpful with everything. The breakfast staff is very friendly and polite. And they have valet parking.

Cons:

I really don’t have any negatives.

Great accommodation close to city center, I recommend this one.
Pros:

Great room and location, extremely close to the Palermo main venue. I would dearly recommend this hotel.
