CUIDADO SI VIAJAS SOLO!!!!
Pros:

Ubicación. Excelente personal ya sea en recepción como en el desayuno. Desayuno variado.

Cons:

Viajo solo y en Italia es el único país de Europa donde todavía te castigan con una cama single si viajas solo. En este caso estaba pegada a la pared, al dormir si me giraba me pegaba contra la pared. El baño también pequeño e incómodo.

Pas de petit déjeuner parce que partions à 6:15 am mais on nous avait offert une boîte à lunch déjeuner mais qui n’était pas là le lendemain!

Cons:

Qualification de 5 étoiles me semble non adéquate et les prestation décrites plus ou moins adequates

Hotel was very well located and staff excellant.
Pros:

The staff were really great . I had a small room to start on the ground floor that was quite fine but the room on the upper level was very good . the breakfast upstairs was very good . the location was excellant.

Cons:

The ground floor room was quieter than the upstairs rooms . Maybe it had double glazed windows but the room was smaller.

El mejor hotel de Palermo
Pros:

Excelentes días en este gran hotel impecable todo quiero destacar a Estefanía por darme una bienvenida calidad y resolver un pequeño inconveniente que hubo fue atenta y empática celebro a las personas que tienen vocación por la atención a los clientes seguramente vuelva me voy feliz por días inolvidables en el Gran Hotel Wagner

Pros:

Personeller çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Oda temizliği çok iyiydi. Her gün su verilmesi iyiydi. Palermo merkezi düşünüldüğünde güvenle kaldığımız bir yer oldu. Lobisi ve barı çok keyifliydi. Adete müze gibiydi.

Cons:

Otelin standart odaları bina boşluğuna bakıyor ve sürekli klima ve havalandırma sesleri geliyordu. Ayrıca doğal ışık almadığı için gece mi gündüz mü anlamıyorduk. Ara sıra şiddetli ve ani çöp atma sesleriyle irkiliyorduk. Otel 5 yıldızlıydı ancak bir sonraki kalışımda daha düşük yıldızlı ancak sokağa veya manzaraya bakan bir odada konaklamayı tercih ederim.
