We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well managed, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Walter, the hotel manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and makes an effort to ensure they have the best possible stay.

The staff were genuinely lovely. Everyone at reception was very helpful, attentive and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and smiling.
Unfortunately, this hotel was not worth the money and, in my opinion, does not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. The room was very worn, with visible signs of wear and tear, scuff marks and imperfections on the walls and ceilings, while the garden areas were poorly maintained and looked neglected. We stayed in one of the garden rooms, and the soundproofing was extremely poor — we could hear almost everything outside, including conversations, doors banging and housekeeping activity early every morning, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. For a hotel of this price and standard, it was extremely poor, with very limited selection and almost no variety.
