Pros:

very nice and relax resort only the pad thing it is far and no taxi accept take you their because the hill road down to the resort . it is good if you have no plan to go out .

Cons:

the road to get down to the resort it is very difficult very danger . shuttle bus not available after 10:30 pm .

Avoid - it's a scam

We stayed at Maya Beach Resort in Sorrento and were very disappointed overall. The biggest issue is the location. The hotel is quite far from Sorrento town centre, with no walking path or regular public bus option. The pre-booked shuttle service is very limited, which left us reliant on taxis that were expensive and not always easy to arrange.The rooms are quite small. We had originally booked a room with a patio, but the one we were assigned overlooked the busy car park with no sea view and almost zero privacy. Staff and guests constantly walked right in front of the patio, making it impossible to leave the curtains open or to relax outside. When we asked to change rooms, we were moved to one with a balcony, but this was even worse. It faced the same busy car park and was unusable due to noise and lack of privacy.Unfortunately, the property did not match the description or photos we booked, and we felt quite misled by the experience. We would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone wanting easy access to Sorrento or a relaxing sea-view stay.

Pros:

Sunset froom hotel restaurant.
But food quality and taste is very bad !!

Cons:

Hotel need urgent maintenance.
Painting inside and.outside, especially bathroom.
This is 2 or maybe 3 star Hotel.
Price is extremly high , not worth 30 % of the price what they charge.
Breakfast very simple and poor...

So viele Punkte!
- Katastrophale Massgage (zusätzlich ist der Raum draussen und als alternative bieten sie es - auf Nachfrage - in einem Zimmer an.) die Massage war grob und absolut ungeniessbar. Auf meine Rückmeldung hin hätte ich eine zweite günstiger bekommen. Das Hotel händigt auch einen Coupon aus - von dem das Massage Team nichts weiss. Die Buchung muss man auch selber machen. Die Rezeption übernimmt das nicht.
- das Zimmer roch nach faulen Eiern / Kläranlage oder Schimmel.
- Der Schrank ist fast auseinander gefallen.
- Das Frühstück ist mit Buffet und einer kleinen Karte für Eierspeisen auch eher klein aber okay.
- Die Shuttlebus Fahrer sind alle immer am Handy. Text and Drive oder auf Youtube oder am Telefonieren.
- Der Aperol kostet 20 Euro
- Auf meine Rückmeldung vor Ort hiess es (nachdem ich erst den Geruch im Zimmer angesprochen hatte) sie wollen das verbessern und dann konnte ich nicht weiter fortfahren, daher das lange Feednack.

Over all: absoluter Abriss. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung. 5 Tage, 2000 Euro. Bucht das nicht! Und die Amalfi Region ist massiv überlastet.

המלון מצויין, מאד אהבתי את העיצוב והפסטורליה מסביב, המיקום לא כזה רחוק ממרכז העיר ויש שירותי שאטל בזמנים טובים ונוחים. הבריכה פצצה, הנוף מהמם, חנייה מרווחת, לעיתים יש מסיבות גם בבריכה שזה מגניב. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. הגענו לטיול אירוסין ומאד נהנו

המלון נמצא באיזור פסטורלי מאד, בחדר מצאנו 2 עכבישים קטנים מאד, אולי בגלל העונה. למרות זאת הייתי חוזר לשם.

Todo es perfecto y más allá que esto .. es increíble …pero lo mejor de todo eso sin lugar a dudas es el personal… todos y cada uno de ellos son increíbles … todos ellos no son 10 puntos … son 10 mil puntos … más que agradecido de haber estado allí .
