È stato il mio primo soggiorno e siamo stati trattati come clienti fissi da anni, viaggio in tutto il mondo e questa è una caratteristica che pochissime strutture riescono a garantire.
Food molto buono e trovo anche ottima l’idea del salato espresso.

Frukosten var helt ok. Men för att vara ett 5 stjärnogt hotell finns det mer att vänta av både service och utbud.

Extremely overpriced place for such poor breakfast. For 5 star hotel it’s a shame you only get one complimentary bottle of water and the rest of the menu is so overpriced all over the hotel area. Quite unprofessional staff in my opinion. They couldn’t bring two glasses in our room as a room service request and we have to search for it by ourselves. Shuttle service can get also tricky,as on our last day of stay it was late for 20 minutes to bring us back from Sorrento and we didn’t get any apologies from the staff later on. Moreover,the lady started to reassure me that I’m in fact wrong and have mistaken something. A lot of them don’t speak English that much. Bugs in the room.

The beautiful location, the options to relax, from 2 beachclubs to the sea to the Spa area as well as the super - friendly staff !
There is always room for Improvement, but overall it is in very good shape !
The on site beach club, the location and the quality of the property. Food was also good during the day.
The cleaners store was right outside our door and was a shelving unit with a fitted sheet over the top. We were woken every morning by cleaning staff accessing it. It also looked like someone had hung their washing outside our room.
We have just arrived at Maya Beach, and our first impression has been exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and every detail has been thoughtfully maintained. What truly made our arrival special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.(specially Mr Walter)
The warm, professional, and attentive service has already made us feel at home, and we can tell this is going to be a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Maya Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful place with exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our time here!
