Pleasant and harmonious overall but my deposit wasn't refunded erroneously.

It met my expectations

Cons:

I wasn't refunded of my deposit payment which I understand is due to technical failure. However, after contacting the customer service via email and phone call multiple times, no response. This is bad and unacceptable.
