False advertising
Pros:

Looked nice from the inside in the main lobby. Sheets were clean

Cons:

Broken stuff, super loud from the pool echoing noise, advertised AC but the AC unit had no outlet to plug it into and it was muggy and warm all night. The doorman was broken and missing part of it. One of the lights was missing a bulb. The tv remote didn’t work correctly

A great stay for a sad visit. We were here for a funeral so to have a home away from home helped.
Pros:

The room was clean, inviting and spacious. The pool area is wonderful, the breakfast was wonderful and in nice little separate dinning area, it's right downtown and we could see the river and the light house on the hill from our room. Not the first time we stayed here and definitely won't be the last.

Cons:

The parking is rough, but they truly try to guide and accommodate everyone.

It was a great location, right in town, by the river and strolling down Main St.

Cons:

The front desk was cold and impersonal. The breakfast area was dark and unwelcoming. It just wasn't a very inviting atmosphere.

The room was spacious and very comformtable.

Location was exceptional! Just a block from the main street and the Mark Twain properties, and just a few blocks from the river.

Cons:

Breakfast was reasonably good but would have like a few more options - yogourt, waffles, perhaps more than just apples for fruit.

Clean. A little bit dated but would stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

The hotel is dated. It is clean. I wish there were charging jacks in the lamps and wall by the bed. The pool is loud but nice that it is closed down at 10pm.

Cons:

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel over 30 years and it hasn’t changed. Consistently good which does make us want to stay there. I do think patrons need to be advised that the parking lot is very small and really can not accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Great hotel and location that put me right where I needed to be.
Pros:

Location. It was a couple of blocks from the river and right by the streets that had all the shops. Although I didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub, they looked very inviting. I didn’t check out the one outside.

Cons:

Parking. I drive a large extended van with a bike rack in the back. The parking is very tight. When u checked in I asked if they had large parking spots available and explained my vehicle. He told me I could park across the street in the parking lot of the other building. Thankfully there was a spot that I could back into at the end of the row that allowed my bike and bike rack to go over the sidewalks and kept me from hanging over the space.
It worked for me but it is something to consider if you are driving a larger vehicle such as an RV or towing a trailer.
This being said, the location convenience far outweighs the right parking.
I do realize it was the best park they could offer for the space available.

Overall it was very good except for the loud a/c.
Pros:

Clean and an excellent location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit had a loud rattling when it kicked in. Once it got up to speed it would stop but it would wake us up.
