Nice hotel. Could do with a few improvements
Pros:

Nice hotel we were setting off on cruise to Antarctica from here. Room nice and hotel spacious.

Cons:

We were leaving early to take a tour. Asked about a takeaway breakfast for trip. Only option was 24 USD pp for a takeaway lunch (sandwiches etc) which to me was excessive.

Arnaque sur la qualité de la chambre et aucune réponse!
Pros:

Situation centrale et joli deco.

Cons:

La chambre payée au prix fort, sans vue (building) et petite, contrairement a celles réservée. La manager en est consciente, bous promet un discount… mais rien. Cet hotel a beaucoup de chambre sans vue et qui ne correspondent a aucune photo du site… donc attention!
Beaucoup de monde au desk qui ne fait rien et passe son temps sur les reseaux sociaux. Service au restaurant sympa, mais qualité mediocre des plats… bonne sangria!

Great staff and a quality hotel in a very good location.

Great location and a quality hotel staff by friendly and professional people.

Cons:

Parking. There just isn’t any and parking on the street men’s haggling with the local parking police. Fortunately the man on the reception desk was able to negotiate me a good deal for the night.
