Schoenes Stadthotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schoenes Zimmer im 6. Stock des neuen Hotelteils ( Anbau 2024). Das Bett war super und die Aussicht ueber die Stadt hervorragend durch die komplett verglaste Aussenseite des Zimmers. Die Klimaanlage war gut zu regulieren. Das Fruehtstuecksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, keine Hektik im Speisesaal, obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war. Parkplaetze des Hotels sind zwei Blocks entfernt, Platz war genug vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am zentralen Platz in Punta Arenas und ist deshalb ein guter Ausgangspunkt fuer eine Stadbesichtigung.

Great hotel, but a significant issue.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, huge and centrally located. Staff were efficient, breakfast was good, and the rooms were large and modern. However, our room had a huge issue, and looking at the layout of the hotel, I assume some others would as well - the bathroom/toilet had a very large window, looking directly onto several other buildings at the same height, and the 'frosting' on the window only covered from waste down. Any woman stepping out of the shower would be in full view of anyone at all in any building opposite - a situation that was made significantly worse at night when the bathroom lights were on.
Can't believe such a situation can be allowed!

Hermoso hotel

Las instalaciones son espectaculares. La habitación muy espaciosa y bien iluminada. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo. Volvere

Like a curates egg, good in parts
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very central but noisy with boy racers showing off during the early hours. The building is iconic but showing its age. Our bath had lost patches of enamel and the button that changes tap ro shower had broken. The room was large and we had radiators that we could control but silly things like a desk/dressing table but no chair. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts but things that ran out were not replaced quickly. We ate off the bar menu one night, the food was ok.

Clean, Modern Hotel
Pros:

Had the pleasure of staying here on a trip to Southern Chile. The hotel is very modern in design and creature comforts.
Check in was quick and efficient. The lobby area was comfortable while waiting for my room to be ready.
The room itself was very nice. A corner room with views. Powered window shades. Lots of lighting. Bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with a walk in shower, no door.
Air conditioning was fine.
Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. At least four types of yogurt and fresh fruit. Coffee was excellent.
