The place to stay when you visit Punta Arenas
Pros:

A modern hotel in the centre of town.
Fantastic food and drinks.
Our room was immaculate.

Th8s is a not a 4-star hotel by any means
Pros:

Location is central.

Cons:

Staff don’t care about the guests. At breakfast, options are terrible and the staff don’t even take your egg order, but they are happy to take orders from Spanish speaking guests. On the last day, the only thing good was the glass of water.

Uma estadia surpreendente em Punta Arenas.
Pros:

A localização era ótima e a equipe muito atenciosa. O café da manhã era muito bom, assim como o restaurante, onde jantamos na noite da hospedagem.

Cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Es un hotel que conozco desde hace muchos años. Destaco su buena ubicación y la comodidad de las habitaciones. Estuvimos en la Torre 2 con vista hacia el Estrecho de Magallanes. Todo bien.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía opción de abrir la ventana. La ventilación solo dependía del aire acondicionado. En lo personal prefiero las habitaciones que tengan la opción de abrir una ventana.
