Good value for money
Pros:

Good facilities and nice restaurant onsite, good atmosphere. The rooms have nice views and are clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming considering what is expected for a 4-star hotel. They did not offer packed breakfast included for excursions.

The best welcome to Patagonia that we could have imagined!
Pros:

Very cool vibe. A surprising gem of a hotel after a long trip from Boston. Once you step inside the hotel, you are amazed at how thoughtfully decorated the lobby and restaurant area are with a brilliant mix of modern and historic. The real surprise is waiting for you when you open the door to your room: beautiful modern decor with attention to every detail - all geared to the guest’s comfort and convenience. The views from our room were literally breathtaking. Bravo, Cabo de Hornos!

Disappointed in staff treatment this time!
Pros:

I always like staying at Hotel Cabo Hornos whenever I go to Chile and specifically Punta Arenas, my partner is Chilean and when we we visit we love staying there for the convenience, location and quality.

Cons:

This time I was a VERY disappointed in the staff behaviour towards me, it definitely felt racist. I am black British Caribbean and before finding out anything about my reservation or anything like that, I was asked “if I have a passport” ! I was literally shocked, because I checked in before my partner arrived, plus assuming that I did not speak Spanish 3 of the staff members went on to mumble saying that “if I thought this was a bed and breakfast,” Very veryyyy disappointed in the staff at reception and this is why reviews are always needed because this was my 4th time staying here and I wasn’t impressed at all!!!!

Finally when one of the staff checked my details she saw that I had stayed there multiple times and their whole attitude changed! This should never be the case! You never know who you are welcoming at the hotel, not everyone likes to show off their wealth!

Excellent stay with a wonderful view
Pros:

Everything was excellent during my stay at Hotel Cabo de Hornos. The hotel has a very good location in Punta Arenas, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was very attentive. My room had a wonderful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was very good, with quality options, and I also enjoyed the wine selection. The gym was appropriate and well equipped for maintaining a basic workout routine while traveling.

El modernismo se las instalaciones. A pesar de ser un hotel de varios años, la edificación es muy moderna. No se quedó en el tiempo. Es excelente.

Buenas instalaciones, mala ubicación del estacionamiento, incompleto el desayuno.
Pros:

Instalaciones modernas, comodidad en las camas y buena ducha.

Cons:

El desayuno bastante incompleto. Jugo de naranja que no es exprimido. Falta de frutas y yogurt. Falta de medialunas. Asimismo el estacionamiento queda a dos cuadras.

Pros:

Despite arriving very late after a long and delayed journey from Australia, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming reception which made a huge difference. The newly renovated reception area and rooms are fantastic, very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recover after the trip.

Nothing significant to note, everything met expectations, especially given the late arrival.

wow-ed by the beautiful design and amenities at this hotel. The dinner menu was also fab… haven’t been anywhere offering fresh Giant Abalone lately and Chilean wine is always delish. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Alles war rundherum prima.
Netter Service, tolles Zimmer und prima Frühstück.

Cons:

Als Einschränkung ist die Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto zu nennen.
Es gibt keinen Bereich zum entladen des Fahrzeuges und zu wenig Parkplötze fpr die Göste.
