Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Ubicación.
Solicité una habitación superior doble con vistas al mar y la que se me asignó era más pequeña que la indicada en las fotos. Esta no tiene doble ventana, ni tiene un sector detrás de la TV como aparece en las imágenes. Esperen un cuarto normal solo con vistas al mar (adjunto imágenes booking v/s realidad).
El personal se “desentendió” del problema, no ofrecieron cambio ni posibilidad de hacer reembolso.
No me hospedé en el hotel pues no puedo aceptar quedarme en un cuarto que inferior y que no corresponde a lo que pagué.

El personal muy amable, con excelente disposición. De verdad destaco a todo el personal. Las instalaciones muy bien, aunque sí dejaría más zonas confortables para descansar. Camas muy cómodas, baño y habitación limpia.
El desayuno bien, aunque creo que un punto bajo es lo fresco que puede estar en pan, creo que es el único pero. Faltó un poco de variedad en todo. Pero cumple para comenzar la mañana.

The bathroom is long overdue for a renovation, did not feel clean.

Gleich vorweg, nicht vom äußeren Eindruck täuschen lassen. Es wird derzeit in einigen Bereichen saniert, sieht von außen fast unbewohnt aus, aber innen eine ganz andere Welt.
Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und super Frühstück.
Derzeit wird Montag bis Freitag in dem Hotel Saniert. Zwischen 9 und 18 Uhr kann es durchaus lauter werden.
Aber in diesem Zeitraum bietet die Region eh genug um nicht im Hotel zu sitzen.
We had a great view from our room. Breakfast was wonderful. The front desk staff were so wonderful and helpful.
Some fellow travellers boots left lots of mud on the stairs.

Good location nice decor
Didn’t tell us a large part was being refurbed. Very noisy with all the construction, facilities missing as a result. Staff were dismissive and a little rude. The booking process was a nightmare, they couldn’t take usual cards, they got themselves very confused and had to explain a simple booking many times. Pretty disappointed
