Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Nice location and breakfast.
Check in was very slow. Weren’t sure which rooms were occupied or not.. Likely a computer problem. Our expensive room was going to be in front of active and loud construction, Had to firmly request better room with nice view. Finally agreed after 30 minutes.

We had just done the W trek and were tired upon arrival. No room service but easily got food from the bar/cafe to enjoy in the room

Llegamos y lo reservamos porque necesitábamos parking si o sí, y fue un filtro en nuestra búsqueda del hotel, pero al llegar, tenían una construcción la cual bloqueo el estacionamiento, y luego de muchas y muchas negativas a darnos el espacio pequeño para nuestras motos, accedieron, pero en un comienzo no tuvieron ningún compromiso por el parking que está den Teo de los servicios comprometidos

It is the perfect location in Puerto Natales! We had a room with a view over the lake, totally worthy! Very beautiful views, on sunny days you san even see the Masivo Torres del Paine. Very comfortable rooms, very nice staff, great service
They do not have refrigerator in the rooms
