To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Su vista espectacular al mar y cordillera
Ruidos fuera del horario indicado (18:00), desayuno con bastante poca variedad o variedad repetitiva. acceso sucio.
La ubicación solamente. Cuesta encontrar algo positivo, pues el Hotel es antiguo, las llaves del lavamanos sueltas, no hay servicios adicionales (restaurant) u otro para suplir esta falta que subsane la incomodidad.
La suciedad provocada por la construcción, la cual no tiene aviso previo alguno. La bulla, es desquiciada, maestros gritando, taladros, martillazos. Anoche fue hasta las 20.00 hrs. Tuve que quejarme.

Convenient location, and a very okay spread of breakfast,
We were surprised to discover that the hotel was undergoing major construction, with noise from 9 AM to 6 PM. This critical information is missing from their main page and was only shared via a private Booking.com message. Fortunately, we spent most of our days out hiking, so the disruption was manageable. However, considering it was the off-season and the hotel was largely empty, it was disappointing that management didn't offer a room upgrade or any gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. Informing customers privately is a good first step, but proactive hospitality would have turned a frustrating surprise into a positive experience.
O quarto é confortável, chuveiro é muito bom! Os funcionários são simpáticos. Café da manhã é bom.
Não possui frigobar no quarto! O ponto negativo foi a reforma do hotel. Não pela reforma em si, pois ficamos em um quarto que não havia muito barulho. Mas o ponto negativo é que o hóspede deve ser informado se existe barulho de obra ao lado do quarto. Eles também demoram a responder o hóspede.
Great Location, good views
There was no water in the hotel when we woke up the next day. No proactive comms on the issue or resolution. Construction onsite for hotel extension (Not advertised at the time of booking). Issues with taking payment (POS terminals didnt accept our cards).

aparte que el hotel estaba en reformas y nos quedamos un dia sin agua, se nota que se trata de una instalación vieja y carente de los mínimos indispensables que debe contar un hotel. La habitación del hotel no cuenta tan siquiera con nevera, los cierres no son buenos y entra el fuerte viento de la zona a la habitación. El lavabo dejaba de funcionar con regularidad. Durante la última noche se activo un ventilador del baño y el ruido no cesó durante toda la noche. Aparte, el desayuno es escaso. Por lo demás y, con excepción de la persona que nos atendió nada más llegar, el personal es amable
La ubicación y las vistas desde la habitación.
Elegimos este hotel porque tenía restaurante y por la ubicación, pero al llegar vimos que está en obras y no tiene restaurante, al menos en invierno, solo cafeteria. La decoración no esta mal, pero las zonas comunes no tienen un ambiente cálido, por no haber, no hay ni alfombras.
Luego estuvimos en otro hotel a las afueras, este sí con restaurante de verdad y mucho mejor, para ir al pueblo se va en un paseo o por 8 € en taxi.
O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção e café da manhã não tenho o que reclamar, todos muito solícitos e fazem questão de tentar te compreender, só que o hotel tem um custo benefício alto e o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pois era a mesma coisa todos os dias, ficamos 5 dias hospedados e nada mudava, não tinha boas opções.
A limpeza do quarto é feita por cima, só passam um aspirador de pó, não trocam as toalhas e não foi nos avisado que para serem trocadas teriam que ser jogadas no chão, achei que poderiam ser melhores nesse quesito.
A localização é boa, em frente para a orla.
Num hotel desse porte, pois ele é bem tradicional, deveriam melhorar o café da manhã!

No ofrecía restaurante en temporada baja. Las habitaciones no estan muy aisladas acústicamente asi que puedes escuchar los baños de la habitación de arriba y el televisor de la habitación de al lado aunque la molestia es leve y ocasional. No ofrece gimnasio ni piscina temperada lo cual seria maravilloso en la temporada de invierno con las temperaturas bajo cero y nevadas que hubo

El hotel en su interior muy lindo, se nota remodelado recientemente, la vista de la habitación hermosa, el tamaño y limpieza excelente.
Estaban realizando reparaciones en el exterior y con el viento sonaba mucho los andamios.
