Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

El desayuno y el personal amable
El hotel es muy antiguo, las camas son viejas, la secadora estaba MUY SUCIA, el ropero da miedo, el baño es peligroso, el elevador es viejo, toda la habitacion estaba sucia, me fui un dia antes porque ya no podía seguir durmiendo ahí.
Espero que terminen de remodelar pronto todo el hotel
A localização, a estrutura, os funcionários e o café da manhã.
Estivemos no hotel numa fase de reforma, então havia um pouco de barulho (mas somente durante o dia) e os transtornos de uma reforma.
Mas, pelo visto, o hotel ficará ainda melhor e mais bonito quando esta estiver pronta.

Die angekündigten Renovierungsarbeiten haben eigentlich nicht gestört, aber es hätte um 18:00 Uhr Schluss sein sollen. Gebohrt wurde bis 20:00 Uhr, was den Restaurantbesuch beeinträchtigt hat.
La ubicacion y la vista de la habitacion. El personal es amable tambien. SKY demoro mi vuelo muchas horas y me fui al hotel a descansar en lugar de dar vueltas por el aeropuerto pero es una opcion buena para el turismo tambien

Unfortunately they are under a restoration process, so there is dusty and dirty everywhere. The hotel is a bit old, so the restoration is necessary, but it’s terrible to have all that dusty. If you have allergies, you will probably suffer.

O hotel fica em frente ao Fiorde. Ficamos em um quarto de frente e o visual era lindo.
Funcionários muito solícitos. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo, não fazem alterações. O sinal de wi fi é pessimo! Você precisa usar sua operadora. O hotel está em obra mas isso não prejudicou nossa estadia.

Están en plena remodelación, pasillos con entrada de aire fuerte, mucho tránsito de gente de la construcción. Sistema de calefacción análogo, difícil de controlar la calefacción de la pieza.
