Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Lindíssima vista para o fiorde Última Esperanza e no coração de Puerto Natales
Pros:

O Hotel é muito grande para Puerto Natales e bonito. Adorei a vista deslumbrante que tem, os funcionários todos super eficientes e simpáticos, pequeno almoço absolutamente brutal, os horários também são perfeitos para o tipo de vida que ali se faz tours a começar as 5 e seis da manhã, e o pequeno almoço já está todo servido, até as 11. O mesmo para jantar bons horários. Camas muito confortáveis também. Limpeza perfeita.

Cons:

Os quartos não valem o preço., muito poucas comodidades, nem mini-bar têm (apesar de haver máquina de agua junto aos elevadores), o primeiro quarto onde fiquei para duas pessoas era muito pequeno. O hotel precisa de uma restruturação está velhote e sendo emblemático como é devia ter quartos a corresponder ao preço. Não há uma cesta de boas vindas, fruta, água, qualquer coisa. É totalmente espartano. Num dos dias estive num quarto muito sofrível para duas pessoas e o preço totalmente disparatado para o quarto. Não tem mini bar, não tem confortos que são atualmente normais nesta categoria de hotel. Tudo muito espartano. Mas o segundo quarto já era mais espaçoso - ainda que a decoração, mobiliário, etc continuasse a ser muito old fashion no mau sentido, e pouca - nem armários tem. Restaurante não tem opções veganas, mas o pequeno almoço compensa é de louvar haver tantas opções e variedade. Chuveiro também a precisar de remodelação. Em resumo: o que está mal tem tudo a ver com a falta de remodelação dos quartos ao longo dos anos e isso é visível em tudo menos nas camas que são boas.

Strew below can be a bit noisy (cars). All hotels in PN would have this issue too.

Our room facing back of hotel which was a building site. Would only charge if paid more but since there only 2 nights we didn’t. However advise ask for a sea view room and pay extra when booking- worth it!
Hotel parking is back of hotel and tiny so parked on road parking facing sea. Told safe.
No coffee served in hotel between 1pm- 4pm. I know custom of siesta but still seemed odd for a. Big hotel.

Overpriced hotel with no parking or WiFi.
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast and close to the boardwalk

Cons:

Hotel advertised that there’s a parking, but in fact there were only 3 parking spots. So unless you travelled by tourist bus, you had problems.
Wifi was absolutely pathetic in the rooms unless you were standing by the door.
Their payment machine didn’t work, so I had to pay by cash, no discount.
Massively overpriced hotel.

Cons:

Estancia de una noche con desayuno incluido. Bajo a desayunar, pido un espreso y me dicen que tiene cargo adicional!!!!
Una pastilla de café vale 500 pesos!!!!

Verblijf was inclusief ontbijt. We hadden een excursie die vroeg vertrok en konden geen gebruik maken van het ontbijtbuffet.
In tegenstelling tot andere hotels werden kosten in rekening gebracht (28 $ pp) voor een ontbijt to go.

Lovely location overlooking the Sound.
Pros:

Lovely room with fantastic views over Última Esperanza Sound. The lobby area was great for having drinks and watching the sun setting. Location is fantastic, right on the promenade. Breakfast was good for the price paid.

Cons:

The hotel was busy with several tour groups. It is not a small boutique hotel, but otherwise it is excellent.

Nice hotel but under construction
Pros:

Nice location and breakfast.

Cons:

Check in was very slow. Weren’t sure which rooms were occupied or not.. Likely a computer problem. Our expensive room was going to be in front of active and loud construction, Had to firmly request better room with nice view. Finally agreed after 30 minutes.
