From April-1 until October-5, the restaurant will only cater those guest who request meals in advance (prior to arrival). Please contact the property after you book in case you were interested in requesting any meals.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Great time and view!
Pros:

We had a great view from our room. Breakfast was wonderful. The front desk staff were so wonderful and helpful.

Cons:

Some fellow travellers boots left lots of mud on the stairs.

Pros:

Gleich vorweg, nicht vom äußeren Eindruck täuschen lassen. Es wird derzeit in einigen Bereichen saniert, sieht von außen fast unbewohnt aus, aber innen eine ganz andere Welt.

Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und super Frühstück.

Cons:

Derzeit wird Montag bis Freitag in dem Hotel Saniert. Zwischen 9 und 18 Uhr kann es durchaus lauter werden.
Aber in diesem Zeitraum bietet die Region eh genug um nicht im Hotel zu sitzen.

Poor staff and weren’t informed of noisy construction work

Good location nice decor

Cons:

Didn’t tell us a large part was being refurbed. Very noisy with all the construction, facilities missing as a result. Staff were dismissive and a little rude. The booking process was a nightmare, they couldn’t take usual cards, they got themselves very confused and had to explain a simple booking many times. Pretty disappointed

Quarto excelente, mas pelo nível e estar frente à praia não tem frigobar. O que é muito ruim, fato de termos algumas coisas que precisam ser refrigeradas.

Cons:

Não tem telefone, não há frigobar. O booking precisa saber que é baixa temporada e que estão em obras. Muito ruim. Não havia estacionamento para o veículo.

By paying that price you would expect to have at least decent service and proper restaurant, unfortunately the only thin

Amazing view to the lake

Cons:

1) Restaurant was closed the first night (we learned about it at the check-in)
2) The staff was not super helpful
3) The common areas are very limited, maybe because of the renovation they are doing

Desayuno muy bueno. El restaurante tambien. Cenamos dos noches alli y la comida era muy rica. El risotto de hongos delicioso. Esta ubicado justo frente a la bahia, lugar privilegiado

estaban arreglando el estacionamiento y debimos dejar el auto en la calle, deberian haber dado una opcion. Al estar ubicado sobre la avenida es dificil cargar y descargar valijas
