Pros:

GREAT Place. Very clean/Well kept & Staff were just SO Kind & Friendly. Amazing Breakfast & a Wide assortment of Food offered. Pool was SO Clean & Maintained Daily.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

It wanted a room with 2 beds and it took the desk person a couple of times to get me that room. Also, I was very annoyed with a text message at 7:00 am with my check out link. That could have waited a few hours.

It was the ideal spot for my trip!
Pros:

The location was perfect for me and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had several packages delivered to the hotel and they were very accommodating of that.

Quick problem solving when my card was double charged.

Cons:

We were double charged for the stay (once by the hotel and once by booking.com. However it was quickly rectified when I realized it had happened.

There was no hot water in my room for a few of the mornings and so, as a caribbean person not accustomed to being cold, bathing in cold water was not very pleasant.

To be fair to the hotel I never mentioned it, so I didn’t give them a chance to remedy it… I just got in with it as I was quite busy and schedule was tight.

I WOULD RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
