Pros:

We had big family room and it was very clean, they cleane the room twice a day. My son is 15 and already 185cm so for him the bed was little bit small but he managed to sleep well anyway. There is a shuttle from the hotel to take you to cable car station.

Cons:

The pool area has no place to rest. There is just swimming pool. That was the reason we haven't used it

Alte, renovationsbedürftige Zimmer;
Skischuhwärmer im Skiraum wurden einfach nicht beheizt und auch nichts am Zustand geändert und das zur Skisaison!

Desayuno excelente con muy buen servicio. El jacuzzi, la piscina y la sauna están muy bien cuidados y los disfrutamos. Cuenta con servicio de transporte a los remontes y garaje cubierto!

Cons:

Es un hotel con encanto pero sí necesita una actualización ya que visualmente se ve todo viejo, especialmente el baño. La calefacción no se podía regular y pasamos mucho calor en la noche.

Pros:

Fiquei no Hotel Mirage em Cortina d’Ampezzo e tive uma ótima experiência. A vista para as Dolomitas é linda e o hotel oferece transfer gratuito até o centro, o que facilita bastante. Logo na chegada, recebi um aperitivo como cortesia, um agrado que fez diferença. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com varanda, frigobar, roupão, chinelos e uma boa seleção de amenidades. O café da manhã era variado e bem servido, e o atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Uma estadia muito agradável e que recomendo.

Staff were lovely and accomodating. Brekky was good! Shuttle to lifts handy.

Our disappointment was huge when we arrived and saw the state of the hotel. Everything starting from rooms, common areas
Pros:

The only positive thing about this hotel was the staff! If not for them and their professionalism it would have been a miserable experience.

Cons:

Hotel was nowhere near 4 stars. It was way too old and ran down. More like Faulty Towers situation really. The breakfast was poor and repetitive throughout entire stay of 10 days.
