Stayed at Pride Nagpur during our recent road trip and unfortunately the experience was below expectations.

1. The AC in the first room was not functioning, following which we had to shift rooms. Even in the second room the AC performance was poor, but after a 12-hour drive we were too exhausted to complain further. What was disappointing was the completely unapologetic and indifferent attitude of the front desk staff.
2. Ordered Chinese food during the stay and it was served without basic condiments. When we asked the server, we were met with a blank expression as if the request itself was unusual. The food taste, however, was good.
3. The coffee mugs kept in the room were visibly stained, which reflected poorly on housekeeping standards.
4. One of the strangest setups was that the plug points were linked to the master light switch. As a result, my laptop did not charge overnight once the lights were switched off.

The property has potential, but service standards and attention to basic guest comfort definitely need improvement.

We were travelling from Banaras to Mumbai and taken halt at this hotel, food was good but service in resturant was pathetic. I have to wait 20 minutes for a omlet and after that dish was not served, we have to leave because my friends are waiting for me. Resturant was not even occupied 20% of total capacity and still service was poor. Rooms were pathetic. No maintenance, AC not cooling, bathrooms are dirty. When I called F & B manager to meet and discuss the issue, he was busy in meeting and asked me to wait.

Stayed at Pride Hotel Nagpur during our long road journey as an overnight stopover before continuing further south.
Overall, it was a comfortable family stay experience.

Positives:
- Very supportive and courteous staff across reception, housekeeping, room service, valet, and bell desk.
- Food quality was good.
- Location is convenient, especially for travelers coming via highway routes, as the hotel is close to the airport and relatively easy to bypass without getting deeply into city traffic.
- Felt safe and suitable for family travel.

A few areas that could improve:
- The property and rooms are slightly dated compared to the room tariffs being charged.
- Parking space inside the hotel premises is limited. When full, vehicles may be parked in an adjacent open area.
- A few staff members appeared to expect tips proactively, though overall service quality remained good.

Despite these points, the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. Would still consider it a practical option for families and long-distance road travelers looking for a comfortable transit stay in Nagpur.

My stay at pride hotel was great. The rooms are clean , ambiance is very nice, food is amazing and housekeeping ( Ranu and Anjali ) is also nice and they are very polite.

The hotel is really good, the service is pretty good and the service is welly maintained. All the staff members were really kind.

I had a great experience at the Pride hotel. Room was cleaned regularly. At the cafe Pride the service was good, the food was delicious and the service was great by the person Ms. Utkarsha.
