There is girl name priyanka she's also very good nice and good looking I pray to God for her success. She's very cooperative very polite... She's attending all the guest very nicely.. Take care of everything very beautifully.. God bless her.

This hotel absolutely does NOT deserve a 5-star rating. I stayed in a so-called Deluxe Room, and the experience was nothing short of pathetic.

The room was in an extremely shabby and depleted condition. The wooden flooring was badly scratched, worn out, and dirty, the bed headboard was stained, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom was filthy — the bathtub was visibly dirty, walls and tiles had stains, and basic hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. Even the ceiling and walls showed signs of neglect and poor upkeep.

What was more shocking was that the entire hotel feels dirty — the hallways, lobby, and carpets were filthy, giving a very unpleasant first impression. This is nowhere close to what anyone would expect from a premium or five-star property.

Parking was another major issue. The hotel claims to have basement parking, but there is no basement parking at all. I was forced to park my car outside under a tree, and to make things worse, I had to cover my car myself because the hotel did not provide any proper parking arrangement or assistance. Completely unacceptable.

Despite raising these concerns with the hotel staff, there was no meaningful response or solution offered.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, misleading information, and zero accountability. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This property seriously needs renovation and better management before calling itself a five-star hotel.

The stay was nice, the event we went to here was phenomenal. The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. Staff member Priyanka was very helpful.

The room was lovely and the staff, particularly Priyanka were helpful though there were a couple times our key stopped working. There was also a small issue with check in because or a delayed arrival but overall a good stay.

Please review the photos. This was the condition when I checked in at 6 PM. They should change the name from PRIDE to SHAME. We had to leave early in the morning at 6.30 am. The person at reception mentioned that breakfast would be from 7 am onwards. When I went down for checkout, I realized that breakfast service was there from 6 am onwards.
