Was okay
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Night staff the guy receptionist was very rude and arrogant if you are working in a hospitality industry you should learn how to talk with guests with smile, however the lady was lovey and friendly, also I would recommend if you have any quest with car please reserve the parking for them as you guys had few parking in front of the property.

Great value hotel for such a central location
Pros:

The hotel is very well placed, and located in the centre of the old town in a very atmospheric area. The staff were friendly, and gave useful information about the city.

Cons:

There is some noise from the road and railway, but this was not particularly noticeable, and overall the room was reasonably quite.

The staff is amazing and helpful. "Zeynep" the owner extends the checkout.

The location is perfect, almost short walking distance from everywhere key locations (metro and landmarks).

Very nice sea view.

Cons:

More soundproofing enhancements shall be done to the room walls.

Location is perfect. One side old city, another sea!

Cons:

Receptionist trying to throw me out from my friends room!!! This was day time, I just wait my transfer to airport. We are sitting in room maybe 1 hour, he come and tell me I should go out from room, because it's room for 2 people. I said that I'm waiting transfer, this guy give me 10 minutes to leave!!!! Terrible!!!!

Very low roof. Weak water supply.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with very nice staff. People in reception speak quite good English and they gave us a lot of good advice on where to eat, what to see, how to use public transport, what to avoid etc. ( you can use the UBER app for a taxi, to avoid extra expensive tax rate, taxi drivers offer to tourists :) )

The location is great, in the old historical center. (Near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc)

The room was clean and nice, with a great view of The Bosporus Strait. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was plain, although totally enough!
