Super consigliato! Posizione, struttura e staff top!
Pros:

La struttura è stupenda, posizionata a ridosso del lago. Ha un giardino tutto da scoprire, con tantissimi angoli che ad ogni passaggio ti stupisce.
Noi abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri due cani e sono stati trattati con molta gentilezza ed empatia da tutto lo staff, sia della struttura che del ristorante.

Exceptional Staff, Stunning Venue, and a Hidden Gem in Luino

We chose Villa Porta in September for our wedding. From the moment we chose Villa Porta as our wedding venue, we knew we had found somewhere special, but the reality exceeded even our highest expectations. Every single member of the staff was beyond amazing. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made us feel completely supported throughout the entire experience. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask, handled every detail seamlessly, and made our wedding feel effortless and magical. It truly felt like we were working with people who were personally invested in making our day perfect.

A very special shout out to Leilani, Giulia, and Giulietta, who provided incredible support through the entire process. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made such a meaningful difference for us. They helped turn what could have been a stressful destination planning experience into something joyful, smooth, and truly memorable.

The venue itself is breathtaking, but it is the people who make Villa Porta unforgettable. Our guests are still talking about the service, the atmosphere, and how welcomed they felt. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but the Villa Porta team made it feel easy, joyful, and incredibly special.

Lake Maggiore, and especially Luino, is one of the most beautiful places we have ever experienced. It is genuinely a hidden gem that deserves so much more love and recognition. The natural beauty, the charm of the town, and the peaceful elegance of the lake create the perfect setting for a once in a lifetime celebration.

Villa Porta will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we already cannot wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary there in the future.

Schöne Location aber schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und bietet einen wundervollen Blick auf den See. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und gut erhalten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Hotel fanden während unseres Aufenthalts verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt, die bis in die späte Nacht gingen. Die ganze Nacht waren feiernde und lachende Leute zu hören. Zudem waren aufgrund der vielen Gäste sämtliche Parkplätze im und ums Hotel herum belegt. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen könnte man erwarten, dass für Hotelgäste Parkplätze reserviert bleiben. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt für uns nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hellhörig. Auf der einen Seite ist eine vielbefahrene Strasse, auf der anderen Seite ein grosser Schotter-Parkplatz. Das Essen im Restaurant war maximal durchschnittlich, der Service zwar bemüht, aber bei unserer Gruppengrösse (16 Personen) kamen die Mitarbeitenden schnell an ihre Grenzen. Einige unserer Gruppe haben nicht das bekommen, was sie bestellt haben. Alles in allem grundsätzlich eine schöne Location und ein schönes Haus, für die Preise (Zimmer und Essen) erwartet man aber viel mehr. Insbesondere die schlechte Nachtruhe ist für uns ein No-Go. Und wenn das Hotel unbedingt parallel neben den Hotelgästen noch eine Hochzeit, einen Junggesellenabschied und diverse Kommunionfeiern veranstalten möchte, wäre eine Vorinformation an die Hotelgäste angezeigt.

Relaxed, beautiful, delicious
Pros:

The beauty and relaxed elegance of this villa was fantastic, visual pleasure everywhere. The grounds are exciting with secret alcoves and surprises at many turns. The restaurant was wonderful, we ate there twice. we took the free shuttle on market day and enjoyed an easy walk back along the lake.

Cons:

Room was nice, just not as nice as the rest of the property.
