Очень чистый и комфортный отель, персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный, особое спасибо Антонио за гостеприимство. Еда была вкусная. В следующий раз опять приедем в этот отель.

Pool area and rooms were nice

Cons:

No basic tea/coffee sachets in room which seemed silly considering there is a kettle, and considering the star rating of the hotel. Also no separate shampoo/conditioner/body wash just an all in one in the shower. Also added an additional person to the one double room was told no extra charge on a phone call then an email the next day from a different person said €120, they were kind enough to discount it to €90 but from €0 to €90 was a big difference considering all the prices on booking.com were much cheaper then the way I had unfortunately made our booking. The bar area also charged €3 per regular cup of ice, which we felt was a bit exorbitant. Also the photos make it look like the hotel is super close to the beach, which is also not the case (we booked this as we had very elderly people with and it looked much closer then what it was). Considering 4 star hotel i expected a different experience, been to 3 star hotels in Ayia Napa and had much better overall experience.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the daily housekeeping was excellent and always carried out with great attention to detail. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and pleasant. The location is perfect for those looking for a quiet area, while the city center is still easily accessible. The bus station and supermarket are both just a short walk away.

Like a cheap apartment

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property.
The photos are quite misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. It may have deserved its 4-star rating many years ago, but today it feels outdated and in need of a major renovation.
The swimming pools looked much larger in the photos than they actually were. They were acceptable, but nothing special. The sunbeds around the pool were old, worn out, and several were stained.
The hotel lobby is very large but feels empty and lacks atmosphere. The gym was also disappointing, both because of its limited equipment and its opening hours, which ended at the same time as the pool, making it impossible for me to use it after spending time outside during the day.
Breakfast offered a good variety of food, but the overall quality and taste were only average.
The biggest disappointment was the room. The furniture was old, with some damaged pieces. The blanket provided looked more suitable for a budget apartment than for a 4-star hotel, and it had an unpleasant smell. The room itself also smelled of dampness.
Room amenities were extremely limited. Apart from a kettle, there was very little provided. The television had only two working channels. The hairdryer was broken and had been wrapped with tape, while some electrical sockets were also damaged.
Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location, but it urgently needs renovation and better maintenance. Based on my experience, it does not currently offer the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.
