I was disappointed from the dirtiness of the bathrooms & the bar staff. They are not welcoming

Very few hotels I would go back to time and time again - this is one of them. Faultless ❤️

Petit bémol sur un service (nous avons commandé un verre en chambre, celui ci est arrivé 1h après… moment où on partait dîner.) le service était au courant de l’heure à laquelle nous partions..

Stunning property, beautiful gardens really hits the south of France expectations.

Cons:

Nothing, my only gripes if I was being very critical was staff at times were not overly clear or helpful in regards to processes and procedures. E.g. I went and spoke to someone on reception about arranging a taxi to take us into the local town the following day and provided details of times and location. They assured me it would be arranged and I would receive confirmation via WhatsApp.

However, I did not receive any message, so I went back down to reception an hour or 2 before the collection time the following day. To which they seem a little confused and unsure if it had or had not been arranged, approximately a few moments later they then made the call to the taxi company and arranged transport. I do not believe they had contacted the taxi company and had forgotten.

I also arranged transportation to airport and collection from our previous accommodation, on discussion with other locals it seemed quite high, therefore I presume the hotel took a premium for the arrangement.

Also as you would expect being at a 5 star hotel prices of drink and foods were fairly high.
