Uncomfortable, dated and extremely untidy property.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Very outdated, dirty, full of fresh’s who have no manners. This hotel is haven for prostitution both from the massage parlour inside and street girls outside.

Pros:

Very bad experience with Nova platinum room was very bad and staff are rude they dont listen ...if you need anything 2nd they dont give
Catali was dirty ...Coffee pouch are bad

Cons:

The entire stay was marred by significant noise pollution. The hotel is overly crowded, and the loud street noise at night was particularly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Interior soundproofing is also poor, as voices from the walk bay/lift lobby were clearly audible.
