Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein tolles Ambiente, gemütliche und ruhige Zimmer und ein kleines, feines Frühstück. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal im gesamten Haus. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Schönes Hotel, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet,aber sehr hellhörig. Beim Service und Personal gibt es noch Luft nach oben

Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum, Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet was man wohl auch bei einem Preis von über 100 Euro pro Nacht erwarten kann .

Cons:

Personal sehr freundlich aber nicht besonders professionell.
Auswahl beim Frühstück ist okay, aber viele Dinge müssen für den Zimmerpreis noch verbessert werden.
Für das Frühstück sollte der Tisch bereits eingedeckt sein. Das Besteck sollte bereit liegen und nicht in einer Papiertüte kommen. Die weich gekochten Eier waren leider schon kalt, das geschnittene Obst wurde nur sparsam auf einem ungeeigneten Teller serviert und nur zurückhaltend nachgefüllt.
Besser wäre es, das Obst in Schalen getrennt zu servieren. Das Obst mit einem Löffel oder einer Gabel vom Teller aufzunehmen ist sehr unpraktisch.
Es fehlen Hinweise darauf, dass man auch andere Kaffeespezialitäten bekommen kann. Leider wurde auch nicht nach besonderen Wünschen gefragt.
Dem Abräumen von gebrauchten Geschirr sollte mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas zu dunkel und das Interieur sollte gelegentlich mal auf Funktion geprüft werden. So konnte man den Schminkspiegel nicht mehr einstellen b.z.w. . feststellen. Ich empfehle auch andere Handtücher mit einer besseren Öse zum aufhängen.
