Cons:

Que sonara la alarma dos veces el día, a las 12:00 de la noche y a las 12:25 y que no nos dieran ninguna explicación.
Dijeron que era un fallo técnico y listo.

La literie de bonne qualité dans une chambre refaite .

Par la fenêtre, vue bouchée et moche .

De las peores experiencias
Pros:

El trato del personal, en general, fue correcto, el chico que nos atendió en la cena muy agradable.
La cama era cómoda.
El desayuno correcto (salvo el café).

Cons:

Destaco sobre todo dos aspectos, para mí, injustificables:
El estado de la habitación en cuanto a limpieza. En el cuarto de baño había un vaso usado y sucio, con unos restos blancos que quiero pensar que eran de pasta de dientes. La sábana bajera estaba manchada de sangre.
La pésima calidad de la comida de la cena. Comprendo que no repusieran porque llegamos a punto de cerrar, pero el rebozado de la merluza... el arroz insípido y con textura de plástico... todo mal, para acabar de rematar, había una manzana podrida totalmente a la vista entre las demás manzanas que nadie se molestó en retirar.El desayuno correcto, excepto el café, que era nauseabundo.
El tercero en la lista, prácticamente igual de grave es el frío que sufrimos en la habitación. Estaba a 17 grados y fue imposible subir la temperatura del aparato, al final optamos por apagarlo.
Y por último destaco también la falta de aislamiento acústico de la habitación, totalmente impropio de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Por cierto, nunca he estado en un hotel de 4 estrellas en una habitación tan pequeña.

Do pequeno almoço

Cons:

Para hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. O ar condicionado estava a verter água, a cabine de tomar banho estava entupida, sempre que tomávamos banho inundava a casa de banho.
Não havia nem um par de chinelos no quarto. Ouvia se imenso barulho dos outros quartos e para piorar o alarme de incêndio disparou duas vezes entre as 23h e as 24h ninguém conseguiu descansar. Já tive em hotéis de menos estrelas com melhores condições.
