Spa très agréable , belle chambre
Chambre mal insonorisée, loin du centre ville
Staff were attentive. I left my pouch and they kept it for me.
The first room 204 whilst had a good view had a leaking shower and I almost fell. The key could not open the door at all and we had to go to reception to get them to open the door for us. It must have had a faulty lock. After we reported that the shower was leaking we got a room change and 264 whilst a larger and what looked like a good room had the temp in the room a constant 29 Deg C. I suspect that the thermostat must have been faulty. After the first room debacle we could not be bothered to inform staff. We could not anyway as the phone in the room was faulty. Rooms had no water, tea or any basic kettle etc. After less than satisfactory dinner we informed staff of the telephone and they said they would get service to look into it. Never happened. The hotel seem to lack staff and one was quite grumpy. Seemed like he had been working many hours overtime. Its a conference hotel It believe not suitable for travellers from far away. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Sobre. Todo no poder conciliar el sueño debido al ruido producido
por las máquinas de aire acondicionado situadas en la parte trasera delante de nuestra habitación. Al no ser temporada alta no es de recibo ofrecer habitaciones ,en estas condiciones

L’hôtel est un hôtel standard un peu trop excentré sans vue particulière à l’extérieur.
L’accès au SPA est un grand avantage après des jours de marches!

Hay bastante deterioro de las instalaciones y la limpieza se puede mejorar , movimos la tele para buscar algo y la cantidad de polvo que había debajo

Apareceu uma barata na parede, fui reclamar na recepção, trocou me o quarto, para um quarto sem AC. Não volto a pisar aquele local.
