Carpet was wet, like there was a plumbing leak. The shower had only hot and scalding hot water, no cold water at all. Because of the water issues, I was not able to take a shower. Breakfast eggs contained cheese and i am deathly allergic to cheese therefore I didn't get breakfast.... never again will I stay at this location and I will not recommend this site
Allergy alert. They have only feather pillows. If you are allergic there are no other options. Also there was a musty smell coming from air conditioner. Cracks in the ceiling above the shower and water pressure was low. NOT Hilton standards. We booked two nights but checked out to a much better Home 2 Suites for the 2nd night. They get a 2nd star as they gave me some Hilton points for sleeping without pillows.
The pool was closed & I didn’t know it when I booked.
The breakfast was good.
The pool was not working and my kids were very disappointed. It was closed until August and no mention on the Booking.com app. The fold out mattress on the couch was also very nasty. We only decided to stay there for the pool.
Good breakfast great location
No hot water in the bathroom. Can’t shave with cold water. The entire experience was diminished because I had to take a cold shower.
I didn't have hot water to shower for the two days I was staying there. My air conditioning wasn't working so my room wasn't comfortable at all. Breakfast was always gone before 10 am. I went down at 9 one morning and there wasn't anything left and nobody would bring anything else out.
Breakfast was great. Much better than just doughnuts and coffee.
Pool was put of order which was not disclosed. Staff was not friendly or accommodating about it.
It was close to the interstate, restaurants, and sunbury. Breakfast in the hotel was decent and the coffee was good.
It seriously needs updating and to be clean. Hot water issues in the shower.

This would have been a perfect 10 but the pool was being redone and won’t be open until Aug. Their website is updated but not booking.com
I enjoyed the level of cleanliness in both my room and public areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they were very helpful with my questions and requests.
Unfortunately during my stay the pool was closed, and in the room at both the sink and the shower there was no hot water.

They don’t clean anything. The bathrooms are gross and filthy. No hot water in the evenings.
Traveling with 10 people so we had 5 rooms md spent $1600 for 2 nights. The pool was closed, our bathroom sink wouldnt drain and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Add that to not having hot water for showers, very disappointed.
The location for my event
The air was on in our room making it cold and couldn't turn it off.
