This option suited my needs but it fell short during my time there.
Pros:

I enjoyed the level of cleanliness in both my room and public areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they were very helpful with my questions and requests.

Cons:

Unfortunately during my stay the pool was closed, and in the room at both the sink and the shower there was no hot water.

Hard pass next time in Columbus
Pros:

Traveling with 10 people so we had 5 rooms md spent $1600 for 2 nights. The pool was closed, our bathroom sink wouldnt drain and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. Add that to not having hot water for showers, very disappointed.

This will be my last time staying at a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

The breakfast was not good. When you pay over $350 per night you expect to at least not have tiny plastic disposable plates and plastic disposable utensils.

Cons:

We had to be moved to a different room the first night because the shower was broken. It was not very clean at all. We found long hair everywhere. No cups and not enough towels for two of us to have a shower. No toilet paper either.

Pros:

The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. There was no Hot water in our room to shower. The staff moved us to another room and unfortunately still no hot water. They refunded us and we went to Holiday inn. Overpriced for what you get.
