Nice location shame about the rooms
Cons:

We were given a room in the top floor. The Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working which ment the room was too hot. Along with the corridor outside We asked reception who said it was working and they did provide a fan but this didn’t really help. Getting the lift down when it stopped at other floors it was clear that the Air conditioning was working on them.

HERMOSO Y MODERNO HOTEL CON EXCELENTES SERVICIOS A PASOS DE LA ESTACION DE TREN
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, muy moderno, con una ubicación conveniente a pocas cuadras del Casino de Monaco y zonas de interés turístico. Tuvieron la deferencia de obsequiarnos a mi pareja y a mi por nuestros cumpleaños una botellita de champán a cada uno para consumir en el bar del hotel. Excelente atención de su personal, muy buena disposición para la atención al huésped. Desayuno excelente. A pocos metros de la estación de tren de Monaco.

Todo absolutamente lindo.

A great location and stay in Monaco
Pros:

Excellent location, both to the train station and a short, steep walk to the marina. Top notch cleanliness, with friendly reception and cleaning staff. The bathroom facilities were very good. We left a pair of reading glasses behind and there was an efficient process for shipping them to us - we are very grateful!

Cons:

I was disappointed that paper cups were provided in the rooms instead of glasses and coffee mugs. Also, the in-room milk powder was sub-standard and would not dissolve. I would advise either raising the standard of the in-room hit drinks, or just not doing them at all.

Очень грязно‼️, слабый напор воды, слабый кондиционер, отсутствие вытяжки в санузлах, отсутсвие биде /гигиенич душа, отсутсвие сервиса помощи с багажом .

Pros:

Great location near the Casino. Wonderful pool and outdoor seating areas and lovely staff.

Cons:

Paper cups in the room!! A minor thing but usually what I would expect in a budget hotel. If it’s for eco friendliness reasons real cups and glasses are far more eco friendly than single use anything

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. E' la seconda volta che mi fermo con piacere in questo hotel.
Pros:

L'hotel moderno, confortevole ed in una posizione molto comoda. Lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto ad accontentare i clienti.

Cons:

Il miscelatore è un po' troppo basso e vicino rispetto al piano della vaschetta del bagno della camera. Il resto è tutto OK.

Les prix élevé pour les repas et boisson nuit cher avec une chambre avec le mur de plus l’accès au parking pour y sortir

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, 200m vom Bahnhof
Pros:

Kostenloses Wasser konnte man sich jederzeit in einer bereitgestellten Karaffe nachfüllen.

Frühstück gute Auswahl, hab ich aber auch schon deutlich vielfältiger gesehen. Aber alles frisch und ausreichend vorhanden.

Sehr schöner Gartenbereich.

Cons:

Personal sehr unterschiedlich freundlich. Die meisten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige wenige ließen einen aber unverschämt lange warten, obwohl sie erkennbar gerade nicht wirklich was zu tun hatten. Meine Tochter (19!) wurde zweimal beim Bestellen komplett ignoriert.
