The location was the only positive aspect of an otherwise very disappointing stay.
Pros:

The only positive aspect of our stay was the hotel’s location.

Cons:

During our two-night stay, we had to change rooms three times.

The first room we were offered was located almost at basement level. It was uncomfortable, uninviting, and did not meet our expectations or correspond to what we had booked.

We were then moved to a better room with a balcony. However, after some time, the balcony door became jammed, forcing us to move yet again. The third room was finally reasonably comfortable.

The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was bland and tasteless, and some items appeared to have been sitting out for too long, looking dried out and no longer fresh.

Overall, the experience fell well below our expectations, particularly for a hotel in Monaco.

Definitely a good stay.
Cons:

I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, but leaving the drain pieces on show isn't necessary. I trust that it's clean and I had to manually replace the drain parts in the shower.

Very good hotel in a great location but food could be better.
Pros:

Hotel rooms were clean and comfy, staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons:

Food wasn’t great, choice was limited and the food for room service was poor.
