Ottima posizione,tutto lo staff eccellente, servizi buoni, buona anche la pulizia, siamo stati veramente bene,colazione eccellente con una bella scelta, ci siamo trovati bene anche al ristorante buonissima la cucina forse un po’ caro il prezzo delle bevande, ma siamo a MONACO.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta e’ stato il non avere la possibilità di aprire una finestra in camera e ricambiare l’aria, premetto che alla sera abbiamo sempre ritrovato il nostro alloggio pulito e profumato.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, jedoch etwas kompliziert zu finden wenn man nicht bereits in Monaco war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Man zahlt bei Anreise direkt den Zimmerpreis und zudem ein Depot von 100.- , was leider nirgends deklariert war. Somit ist das Geld erstmal blockiert. Wenn man auscheckt wird man nochmals hingewiesen was das Zimmer kostet obwohl man bereits bezahlt hat. Irgendwann wird dann mal der Betrag verrechnet. Eine Kontrolle darüber hat man nicht. Das Restaurant ist nett, jedoch ist die Auswahl klein, vor allem als Vegetarier. Es hat nur ein Nudel- und ein Gemüsegericht.
Das Hotel ist sauber, jedoch sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber leider nicht die Heizung. Im Februar kann es dann doch noch kalt werden

Good location and it was chosen due to a seminar held at the hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly

Cons:

On the first day there was a problem with the heating at the room. After an hour a technician came and told me there was no problem. I asked for his manager to come and when he came, he told me to wait for one more hour. AFter two hours in total, I called them again and finally they changed my room, upgrading it which was great. I just think I shouldn't wait for two hours freezing.

Pros:

L'emplacement dans Monaco
Le petit déjeuner copieux et correct (mais sans plus) en qualité
Parking souterrain très pratique avec accès direct dans l'hôtel

Cons:

Être placé dans une chambre PMR sans nous prévenir au RDC qui est composé d'une douche avec évacuation centrale dans la salle de bain inondant toute la pièce quand on se lave . Disposer de ce type de chambre est très bien mais la moindre des choses n'est de pas l'imposer ce qui aurait évité de patauger dans la salle d'eau. De plus , le rideau de douche était jaune dans sa partie basse , clairement une honte dans un Novotel....
Enfin l'équipement de la chambre est réduit au minimum syndical : pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de chaussons, mini bar vide et éteint et j'en passe... On était présent lors du rallye de monté Carlo et le business était prioritaire sur la qualité de réception des clients...
Nous venons une à deux fois par an à Monaco, d'autres établissements feront parfaitement le job les fois prochaines...
