Pros:

La vue sur le port, la grandeur de la chambre. ( C etait une suite).
La proximité de la gare et des bus.

Cons:

La douche qui n'avait absolument aucune pression..
Les canapés sur la terrasse inutilisables après une pluie!.
Facile de mettre des meubles plus adéquats ( et certainement moins chers) sans mettre en avant des arguments de météo)
