Hotel Frochot Montmartre

We really liked the place for all the reasons. It was clean, the staff was really friendly, and we arrived earlier and left much later than we checked out; on both instances they let us use the hotel facilities without problem.
The other good point is the location of the hotel; it is 2 minutes walk to both the metro and the bus station.
I should mention the room had a perfect shower.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Frochot Montmartre ce week-end.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. Tout le monde a été très courtois, disponible et à l’écoute.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste de nous avoir servi très gentiment notre petit déjeuner alors que nous étions en retard sur l’horaire prévu… Cette attention nous a particulièrement touchées et reflète parfaitement la qualité de l’accueil de l’établissement.

Une belle expérience, dans une ambiance agréable et avec une équipe vraiment sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris !

Emplacement géographique parfait. Juste à côté du métro Pigalle.
Petit déjeuner copieux.
Chambre sur cour intérieure sans vis à vis aucun bruit de la rue, pourtant rue animée.
Propriété ok et lit confortable

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de notre chambre et aussi l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et disponible.

As an incredibly picky traveler, this hotel checked all the boxes! Quiet rooms, blackout blinds, Nespresso machines in every room, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, a bathtub, and everything—from the TV to the Wi-Fi—worked perfectly. They even have some of the softest robes and slippers I’ve ever experienced.
The hotel is tucked away on a quieter street between Saint-Georges and Pigalle in the 9th arrondissement. It’s not overly touristy, yet Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge are just a 10-minute walk away, while Place Vendôme and the 1st arrondissement are about 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is full of charming cafés, restaurants, and boutiques set among beautiful classic Haussmannian architecture, making it feel incredibly livable.
A special thank you to Michele, the manager, who was wonderful, and to Ines on the night staff, who was equally warm, welcoming, and helpful. 😊

Beds were comfortable.
Staff was friendly.
Room was reasonably clean.

Hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, menção especial ao jovem belga da recepção que morou no Brasil e falava bem o português.

Location was a little bit seedy but well located to get metro to anywhere you needed to go. Plenty of bars and cafes a short walk out of the seedy area

The location is convenient to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer which is why we chose it

The staff service was rather good! I was pleased actually. However for a Marriot property this was nothing great.

Boa localização, muito perto de duas linhas de metro. Zona agradável e segura para passeio. Com muitos restaurantes. Quarto limpo.

It does say "Limited service property" so I guess I shouldn't complain about the lack of service but it wasn't great. On arrival no one at the front desk. In the room, the main room light didn't work. A call to the help line and I was told someone would come look at it. No one ever did. When I went out to dinner, there was someone at the desk and I explained the problem. Again was told someone would look into it and no one ever did. Room itself was fine, bed comfortable, cramped shower, Barbie Playhouse-sized table top ironing board. No creamer/milk for the coffee. You hear/feel the metro running beneath the hotel, though that's true in much of central Paris. It would bother a light sleeper.
