The staff were friendly and always willing to help

Cons:

The bathroom is old, dated, dirty and bath is stained.
The floor was coming apart and was filthy... you couldn't see the dirt but if you wore white sock and walked across floor the socks would be black.

I really liked the location
Pros:

The biggest issue was the bathroom. There was just a hole where the drain was, no cover. The tub had dirt stains. The faucet had been moved higher up in the wall but the lower original home wasn’t even covered. The walls were chipped up and there was even mold in the wall by the sink.

Cons:

When we got there the AC was not working properly, the toilet was not flushing. The floor were not clean not even swept and the bath was so dearty that it was black. I sales for a refund and left.

My room wasn't that clean.

Cons:

That is wasn't that clean... I'm ok with the facility being less than stellar as far as aesthetics to keep prices affordable but the room should be very clean and sink, toilet and shower should be nicer and for sure cleaner.

No pool
Pros:

Price is a plus. Room was clean, housekeeping came in every day with clean and made the bed. Biggest disappointment was it was 90+degrees outside and the pool was CLOSED!!! Beautiful crystal clear water, closed!!! I had specifically had a pool as one of my “must haves”
