Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Staff was very friendly
Key cards never seemed to work. We had to go to the front desk 3 times to have them recoded. The rooms were difficult to get at a consistent temperature

Rooms a little dated, very few choices to watch on tv, no smart tv..

Jay was great. Got us checked in early and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the heater/ac unit. It was as loud as a jet engine, and couldn’t be set to allow constant fan so it was at least consistent. Had to listen to it cycling on and off. Kind of like trying to sleep at the end of an airport runway.
TJ and Mike were great at the desk! I lost my phone and they found it and gave it back to me when I needed it. It was also really easy to get a spare key when I asked for one. Really great and honest staff, super respectful. I wish TJ and Mike the best.
Selena, the bartender, was amazing. Makes it feel like home.

Service was excellent, we went to the restaurant/bar Abby is such an excellent server 10 out of 10
Tonight we are in the bar and the did didn’t disappoint. Aby was wonderful and took care of our every needs. The only staff in the bar but she managed to take care of everyone.
Tremel at the front desk is so very nice! And in the morning Mark was making sure I had everything I needed. The front desk staff is awesome!!!
This is the best location, just off the highway.
And at the half time of the Bears game they had free pizza, what a nice surprise as I didn’t read the sign.

Aby af the hotel restaurant was so nice and so kind. She brought out our food super fast. Drinks were amazing. Definitely 5 stars!
