Amazing Becky and Jessie were amazing and had amazing service

My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, 205 Remington Boulevard in Bolingbrook, IL, from July 23 through July 26, 2026, while attending the "Eternal Happiness" Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. Our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.

What stood out most was not just the hotel itself but the incredible people who work there. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Rather than waiting for guests to ask for assistance, they consistently took the initiative to ask if there was anything we needed or if they could make our stay more comfortable. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.

I would especially like to recognize Jay at the front desk. My mother has mobility challenges and cannot walk long distances, so I asked if it might be possible to have a room closer to the lobby or the elevator. Although our rooms had already been assigned and the room keys had been prepared in advance for the many convention guests arriving that day, Jay never appeared inconvenienced by my request. Instead, he patiently searched the reservation system until he found a room that better accommodated my mother's needs.

His kindness, compassion, and understanding made a tremendous difference. He treated us with genuine care and never displayed the slightest hint of impatience. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, my mother's stay was much more comfortable, and it made navigating the hotel much easier for both of us. That level of customer service is something you never forget.

I would also like to recognize Kyle, Mike, Tramel, Jessie, Jim, and Justin from the sales department. Each of them consistently demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and a sincere desire to ensure that every guest had an enjoyable experience. Together, they created an atmosphere that made us feel more like welcomed family than hotel guests.

It is easy to write a review when something goes wrong, but it is just as important to recognize excellence when it is deserved. This team has clearly built a culture of genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service.

Thank you to everyone at the Holiday Inn on Remington Boulevard for making our stay such a memorable one. We will gladly stay here again, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a staff that truly cares about its guests.

My stay at the Bolingbrook Holiday Inn was probably one of the nicest experiences I've had at a hotel in a very very long time. Walking in the front door, I was greeted by a friendly smile and a pleasant conversation. The gentleman at the front desk, Tramel, not only helped me get my bags after checking me in but when it came time for me to get dinner he gave me great recommendations and helped me choose something I've not tried before. He highly recommended a local place called Shark's Fish & Chicken, the meal was local and hit the spot after being on the road for 3 days. The room itself was very clean & taken care of, spacious, and plenty of great views from the top floor. It being right off the highway helped as well for me since I've never been to the state of IL before, but even being off the highway it was still quiet.

I only stayed one night, but when it came time to check out in the morning I was greeted not only by Tramel but Tyriana as well! They were both very sweet and we had a great conversation. Tyriana made the check out process easy and quick so that I could get back on the road. I would highly recommend staying here whether its 1 night or multiple.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-located place to stay. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Especially Becky and Kelli, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, and their hospitality made a lasting impression.

Salena and Jessie was so great, the customer service was amazing!! The ladies had me drying laughing, drinks were so good.

Thank you for a great stay. Our room door would not lock from the outside. The front desk manager upgraded our room for free and made sure we felt safe. Very appreciative for caring about your customers and their belongings. Will definitely stay again!!

We stayed here for our son’s wedding room block, and Tramel and Reuben went completely above and beyond for us. They made sure all our needs were met, answered every question, and made the contracts crystal clear.When a few minor concerns arose, they resolved them instantly with professional care and true sincerity. They treated us like family, not just hotel guests. Holiday Inn has two absolute gems in these gentlemen, and our family is incredibly grateful for their outstanding service!
