Pros:

Room was large clean and very comfortable

Cons:

The pool was closed (one of the reasons we booked it) as was the restaurant for evening meals. Wish we had known this …. Only booked about a week before, should have put something on the site!

Ticked all the boxes.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was served in a conference room as they were renovating the restaurant. Despite this they put on a more than adequate buffet. The hot items were very fresh. There wasn't decaf coffee, but when I asked about this they brought me an excellant jug of coffee.
Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces, although not obvious when we first arrived that we were supposed to park in the shopping mall spaces.

Cons:

The hotel is renovating the restaurant and the outdoor pool, and it seemed this had been going on for quite some time. No mention is made of either these issues, and on Booking.com they are still showing pictures of the pool. Plus in the hotel there are signs to the pool.

Pros:

The room was clean. The hotel location was great

The breakfast was meh. They are improving the restaurant so they moved the breakfast to a small room. Options are meh.

Pros:

Location and spacious room.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low!! Pool was not open. Hallway walls need to be repainted.

Staff was decent, a little off putting, but present. The room and general air smelled bad.
Pros:

Breakfast was cold. At $10 it was as expected.

Cons:

It smelled quite bad in the room and hall ways. Both Smelled of mold and Cat urine or wet carpet. The bed was uncomfortable as well and should be changed immediately.

Average at best. Won’t be returning.
Pros:

Location was decent. Plenty of parking and dining options.

Cons:

No breakfast and no microwaves in the rooms. Simple things like the ironing board in my room were in bad shape.
