When I checked in the staff was not inviting at all. No friendly customer service at first, I actually had to break the ice and then the front desk became a bit friendly in conversation. And also I found a roach about the size of a Nickel in my drawer. Being it was alive I covered it up with a plastic cup. I couldn’t sleep the whole night and had to get up at 5AM. When I told the front desk the following morning, she was very apologetic but I received no credit or partial refund. She was friebdky and nice but I believe the hotel could’ve handled it better. (Especially wing I had proof: pics).

Near Dulles
Pros:

I wanted to be near Dulles and I was. I was just staying overnight. Fridge in room helpful. Room was clean

Cons:

A sports team of young men were also staying there and they had NO clue that loud talk in the hallway when people are trying to sleep is rude.
