Kitchen utilities were great also the bathroom and bed room utilities were good. Staff were very helpful.
Sofa’s in the suite were not so great, space in the main room was small, TV’s provided by the hotel were small also jot the smart TV. Some of the lights were not working near the dinning. Also the grib request took time.
The hotel was great. I will not, however, be using hotels.com or Expedia again. I wanted to cancel last minute for a place that was closer to my desired area . The motel had no problem with that and it wouldn’t have charged me. Hotels.com rules would not allow it.
No comforter in the bedding set for the sofa. Hotel is under-staffed. Check in agent has to attend to guests and check people in. There was a big delay for check in.

Overall we had a good experience at this property. The Staff was excellent, very friendly and serviceable. The breakfast was great. A good value for money choice for a short staycation. The location is great but they don't offer a shuttle service to/from the airport.

Antonio in the reception was always positive and helpful and of course everybody else as well. Loved the waffles for breakfast. Everything clean and tidy. We had a very comfortable stay.
We had to change rooms because the kitchen sink had no water and it leaked once the water was restored.
The hotel was very clean. Room was exceptional. The staff was very kind. Great breakfast as well. Would definitely book again.
For the most part my wife and I were very happy our stay here. Everything was very clean and the staff was wonderful.
We were disappointed with the breakfast. There were no meats available and it was lacking. I have stayed at other Staybridge properties and know that they normally do a lot better.
The other ask is to at least have air freshener in the bathrooms since they don't have fans.
Nonetheless, it was a good value and we will likely be returning in the future.

The noise. If you stay here, stay on the top floor. The noise from the neighbors above was ridiculous.
