Pros:

Nous tenons à féliciter l’hôtel pour la propreté impeccable des installations, la qualité et la variété des repas, ainsi que pour la salle de sport bien entretenue.
Le personnel est très aimable, attentif et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Un point à améliorer serait de s’assurer, avant de remettre la chambre, que tout ce qui en fait partie soit fonctionnel à 100 %.
Par exemple, on nous a remis le coffre-fort fermé et nous avons dû appeler pour pouvoir l’ouvrir, à l’intérieur duquel nous avons trouvé des sous-vêtements d’homme sales.
