Pros:

The employees were great. All of them were very personable and seemed to enjoy what they do. The room was appropriately spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the hardware you'd need to cook. The room was incredibly clean. The location was perfect-- we could get to Wegmans and get right on 80 as well.

Cons:

The front desk button on the phone goes nowhere. I had to walk down to the front desk for a noise complaint in the middle of the night. The rooms were not sound-proof in the least. While my noise complaint was solely about excessive screeching from children in one room (I seriously thought it was a stray cat in heat for the first 5 minutes!), I could hear private conversations from other rooms clear as day as well. What's up with $15 parking fee? They were not up front about that fee at all. I paid it without complaint, because, what else was I supposed to do? I couldn't say no. I have never paid for parking at a hotel, unless I was paying a valet...

So far this hotel has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

Everything! It was clean, spacious, and the amenities were exceptional. Also it was extremely safe (outside and inside). No loitering outside and there were mostly families staying there that I saw. No solo men unless they were businessmen.

Although short, it was a wonderful stay

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent staff. Rooms were beyond my expectations. Great breakfast included. Roomy very comfortable bed. Excellent place to stay near our grandsons graduation party.

Pros:

The room was clean, nice, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful; breakfast had a variety to choose from. I enjoyed my stay, because this was more of a rest trip for me.

Cons:

I am not a smoker; I have nothing against smokers; however, I detest the smell and sight of cigarettes, so I avoid going out to the back for that reason

The room, the staff, and the amenities are exceptional!
Pros:

Tim was the front desk staff who assisted us during our stay and he made the experience much better with his hospitality and recommendations based on our family size and likes and dislikes

Cons:

Power outage, but out of the hotels control.
