Good
Had no hot water came out brown colored, the breakfast was burnt, no towels were ready for the pool. It was my kids birthday thought it would be better. :(
Family friendly. Absolutely we recommend this property.
Clean rooms and everything was nice. Good breakfast as well.
The rooms were clean, the area on which they need to work is on the cafeteria, one day there was too many guests and the food run out the tables where dirty and there was no one attending. the cafeteria service door was closed, 5 minutes later a girl appear to help but she was the only one, it was a lot of people and only one person to clean and place the food.
Everything was excellent for the people the food pool, games gifts.
I will be back
Its a nice clean place the staff are pleasant and helping.
I do wish they would extend the bar hours to at least close closer to when the pools close.

Ice machine didn't work on my floor, room was out dated.
The facility was very nice. I was expecting a larger water park...was shocked at how small it really was. The room was pretty small. The door did not lock from the outside. Someone could have easily opened it from the outside. To think that we spent the first night with a door like this! It was very concerning. The front desk said that the hotel was booked and we couldn't get a new room. Luckily, there was a repair man on the premises making other repairs, and he was able to fic the problem. Otherwise, we would not have stayed there another minute. The room was also poorly lit. It should have definitely been brighter or at least have an extra lamp to make it brighter. Thank you.
Its good property
My phone went missing, called 2 days after my stayed said they where going to looke for it and never ansewr back. Called 10 times after that and never even answear the phone.
I did not like the fact that the ice machine did not work the whole week of my stay. The shower pressure was very poor
Clean rooms, speedy check in. They had housekeeping every day, that’s something not even higher end have now a days. Nice hot breakfast, pools club house, honestly I would recommend this one to my friends!! I felt safe, in a good location everything is super close, restaurants, fast food, Publix Dennys 24 hours. Overall it’s a hidden gem

The advertising is wrong. They advertise that the hotel has 5 pools but we could access only one small. The breakfast was nothing special, the staff bring the food out slowly and in small quantities than you have to fight with other people over it. If your looking off an affordable stay, this is a good option, don’t expect anything special
Room was clean, bed comfy, WiFi worked, and water was hot. Most of the issues came with the staff and kitchen. I did not see a single time during my 5 night stay when the dining tables were wiped down. So if you were not one of the first ones getting breakfast in the morning, you were sitting at a dirty table. The coffee machine broke down frequently. The toaster was not in great condition. Some days, multiple items ran out, and it was difficult to find someone to talk to for issues. I enjoy having a nice relaxing breakfast on vacations to get me off to a good mood before starting the day, but that was impossible at this hotel. Also, one of the washing machines had a broken button so I lost my money there. The receptionist said I would have to email a 3rd party to work it out, which I did, but they never responded. If you allow 3rd party vendors operate on your property, I think you should accept some level of responsibility for your guests. Lastly, the manager was speaking ill about other guests to the receptionist right at the front desk. I get it; I've worked in the industry before and their discussion was familiar to issues I've dealt with. But doing this right in front of other guests in the lobby was very unprofessional. This hotel seemed unrecognizable compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It used to be a name I associated with quality, but I'll be doing more research before automatically booking a stay with Holiday Inn going forward.
