Muito bom!
Pros:

Café da manhã muito completo e delicioso, quarto e banheiro com tamanho bom, ter bons amenities (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete líquido e hidratante corporal), piscinas e sauna excelentes. Funcionários muito prestativos.

Cons:

Teve um dia em que o quarto foi limpo no período da tarde e tivemos que esperar para poder entrar no quarto. Eu achei o colchão da cama muito mole. No cardápio do bar da piscina poderia ter mais opções saudáveis de porções/snacks e também opções vegetarianas (só tinha pastel de queijo ou batata frita).

Nada. Mas acho que um hotel tão bacana pode aproveitar momentos como o da Copa do Mundo e ampliar o espaço de integração e telão. O lobby ficou lotado de gente querendo ver o jogo! Mas deu certo!

A área da piscina e o lobby são muito agradáveis. Equipe atenciosa.

Café da manhã é muito repetitivo; todos os dias absolutamente igual. Os bolos, de baixa qualidade.
Poderiam abrir um acesso desativado que existe em frente à praia.
Não havia nenhum controle de acesso de veículos tipo Uber no hotel . Achei inseguro.
