A pior experiência de uma visita em São Luís.

Nunca na vida escrevi uma review para um hotel, mas esta vai de certeza entrar para o hall das minhas mais tristes: Minha experiência no Blue Tree Premium São Luís foi profundamente decepcionante e, infelizmente, muito aquém do padrão esperado de um hotel desta categoria e faixa de preço.
As áreas internas aparentam ter passado por uma pintura apressada e mal executada, com marcas visíveis inclusive no banheiro. As portas dos quartos não vedam corretamente e, nos quartos do primeiro andar, a falta de isolamento acústico compromete seriamente o descanso. A limpeza geral também deixa a desejar, não transmitindo a sensação de cuidado e rigor que se espera de um hotel PREMIUM.
O ponto mais grave, contudo, diz respeito à política pet friendly. Foi cobrada uma taxa diária de R$200 pelo meu cão, valor que pressupõe um serviço minimamente estruturado e atencioso. O que encontrei foi o oposto. Foi-me entregue uma cama suja, com resíduos de fezes de outro animal, algo absolutamente inaceitável sob qualquer critério de higiene. Além disso, não foram disponibilizados recipientes limpos para água e alimentação do animal, apesar de reiterados contactos com a recepção.
Na segunda noite, ao regressar ao quarto, a expectativa era de que a situação estivesse resolvida. Não estava. Foi necessário ligar novamente para a recepção e aguardar, mais uma vez, por algo que deveria ser básico e automático, especialmente considerando o valor cobrado.
Não se trata de um detalhe ou de um capricho. Trata-se de responsabilidade, DUAS NOITES SÃO 400 REAIS. ética e respeito pelo hóspede é o mínimo. Sem contar nas teias e aranhas nas escadas no hotel, mas isso pode ser outra história… Cobrar caro por um serviço mal executado revela uma falta de critério e de cuidado que compromete seriamente a credibilidade do hotel. Lençóis baratos e asperos e toalhas finas e super usadas.

Hotel maravilhoso, que entrega tudo o que promete. Todos da equipe com quem tive contato foram muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã absurdo com muitas opções deliciosas, desde frutas e cereais até salgados e doces típicos maranhenses. Cama confortável, chuveiro a gás com forte pressão, ar condicionando funcionando perfeitamente. Instalações organizadas e limpas. Área da piscina bem gostosa de ficar. Restaurante 24 horas com opções bem saborosas. Não vejo a hora de voltar!

Wunderschöne Anlage, wunderschöner Urlaub, sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist wunderschön! Die Poolanlage ist traumhaft. Man fühlt sich angekommen und genauso wie es im Urlaub sein soll. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, was wir toll finden. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich. Das Personal der Zimmerreinigung war jeden Tag sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns immer mit einem BOM DIA :-)). Es wurde im Gegensatz zu 2023 sehr viel renoviert und modernisiert. Die MitarbeiterInnen im Servicebereich (Küche, Pool) sind sehr freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Restaurant Oito hat sehr hochwertige und leckere Speisen. Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen sind angemessen, auch am Pool kann man Speisen und Getränke an der Poolbar bestellen. Ein Lob an die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar. Man kann sich bei ihnen auch täglich, frische Handtücher holen. Zusammenfassend war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Ein großes Lob an die Rezeption und ihre MitarbeiterInnen und ihre Englischkenntnisse vor allem Marcell ist immer für jeden da und sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Danke für deine Herzlichkeit! Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Flora und Fauna ist wunderschön. Auch Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und für sie gibt es sogar einen eigenen Spielplatz. Es gibt auch einen Shop und einen Friseur im Hotel. Im Hotel war es sehr sauber. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder ❤️ . Für uns das beste Hotel in Sao Luis!
