Reasonably priced, clean, and friendly stay
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this location for years but hadn’t been back for over a year due to a relocation. It seems there are new owners, yet they’ve kept the same level of care and professionalism. They even honored my request for the location of my room—somehow, they managed to give me the exact same room I used to stay in.

Cons:

I hate to say it, but the air conditioning was pretty loud. Even after I turned down the fan speed, it stayed noisy, so I had to turn up the TV volume to hear the program. Still, I’m glad it worked because the daily outside temperature during my stay was in the upper 90s.

Great place and a value for the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful! Staff kept everything supplied for us. The room's air conditioner worked great and the mini refrigerator was working also. The grounds were beautiful with flowers of all types. The parking was so convenient and free. The ice machine worked also.
