Courtyard Carson City

Good sized rooms, the outdoor area was great with a fire pit and games, the lounge area had plenty of seating areas and lots of games to choose from. The small bar was perfect, Stephanie was awesome!

Honestly everything we had no complaints but the people were so nice and helpful at the front desk. Our first time booking a hotel and we needed some help and they were so helpful and welcoming

Honestly, this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10 recommend. I loved that they had games both inside and outside, they provided crayons and paper for my son to color, free cookies and apple cider, room was clean and employees were super friendly and helpful!! I would 100% come back if we’re ever in Carson City.

This place is gross. They definitely spent time to upgrade the lobby so it looks modern and like a courtyard but the rooms are nasty. Everything is old and worn down. For $300/nite - they can do better. I stayed here once before a couple years ago when there was a fire in Auburn. And the ventilation is so bad that the entire hotel was smoky. The choices in Carson City are very limited. But this courtyard is incredibly overpriced for what you get. My 10-year-old wouldn’t even take a shower because he was grossed out by the looks of the shower stall. We had brought our own blankets with us, which I’m so grateful for because there was no way in hell I was getting between those covers.

Comfortable bed! Quiet! Small but efficient gym! Downside wish they cleaned the room without asking but good overall!

I feel safe, I like to stay there its close to my kids when I visit. Everything is convenient.

This hotel is right by our favorite casino, Casino Fandango. When I called this hotel to book a room, I was quoted $853 for 2 nights, which is a joke as far as I am concerned. Thank you Travelocity. The walkability was great to our casino of choice. However, this hotel doesn't even have a complimentary breakfast when other hotels that charge much lesser prices do. There was also a drawer in our room that never closed. You would shut it and it would open right back up.

This stay was terrible, from check in to check out. At check in, they changed our room type to a much smaller room with smaller beds than what I booked (king bed). There was old moldy food still in the room refrigerator, light bulbs were out, the water was out the entire first morning without warning - when we called the front desk, they told us it would be out for maintenance and back on in five minutes. It was an hour, and when it came back on it was brown for another hour. We left the room and when we came back, our door was open. It was definitely closed when we left. They had not been in to clean; no one ever asked us about cleaning the room the entire stay, so we have no idea who was in our room or why. We definitely will not be staying here again.
