A good hotel
Pros:

This is an efficiently-run hotel; an oasis of calm in ever-bustling Taormina. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff are excellent. The pool is an asset. The reception staff are trained and informed as are all who work there.

Cons:

The breakfast choice was a little bit limited. The room rate seemed a tad on the high side for the property but maybe that’s what you get for staying in Taormina.

Correcto, aunque con desayuno infuficiente.
Pros:

La habitación era grande para todos, la piscina muy agradable, aunque había una zona con avispas.
Las vistas del hotel preciosas y cerca del centro para poder ir andando. La decoración era bonita.
La persona de limpieza muy agradable.

Cons:

El desayuno era variado, pero no reponían los productos que se terminaban. Poca fruta, y el personal del desayuno no hace sentir muy cómodo a los clientes. Magdalenas, tortitas se agotaban al momento y apenas reponían. Para el precio que supone el desayuno, no cumple las expectativas.
El personal que sirve el café no es muy agradable. En general todo el personal es algo frío.
El restaurante no tiene opción de picoteo para cenar, o cena fría o ligera.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was clean, pretty view from pool area, staff was nice, location was good.

Cons:

The pool closed at 7. We were rushed after sight seeing. I felt that was an early closing- it should be at least 9pm.

Enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Wonderful view but certainly not a 4 star hotel!
Pros:

The view from the property was wonderful! The front of house staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was truly awful! We arrived on our first morning into a very outdated dining hall at 9.35 (breakfast finishes at 10) and were told that pastries were no longer available because it was too late to cook anymore-we left after having a coffee as the alternative was not at all appetising and went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of our stay despite paying for breakfast in the rate.

On the first day we spent some time by the very outdated pool area. The sun beds were very grim. We enjoyed a tasty pizza but the dirty dishes and paper serviettes from our lunch and another table were not tidied away-despite a young adult sitting in the cafe all the time we were there.

In the rooms, the bathroom had not shampoo or conditioner and the shower gel was not fit for purpose. Strangely, there were 3 small bottles of body lotion. The beds had one thin sheet on only.

The view is what makes the hotel a 4 star. Unfortunately, it’s more like a 3 star.
