あの受付さえいなかったら
Pros:

設備や雰囲気は悪くなかった。

Cons:

まず駐車場の入り方が初めて来した人には難しすぎる。また駐車場の予約確認をしていたのに、受付のおばちゃんはされてないと言い、そんなことは無いといったら調べ直し、あった他の人に間違えたとだけいって謝らない。なんでそんなに怒ってるのかとまで聞いてきたのでブチギレた。他のスタッフは悪くなかったがあの受付のを態度が悪すぎる。

Mooi maar helaas te pijnlijk.
Pros:

Het uitzicht was prachtig, de ligging prima en het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Maar voor mensen met knieklachten/ artrose is de toegang zeer pijnlijk door de steile helling en vele trappen. Er is geen andere manier om het hotel binnen te komen dan een zeer steile helling.

Cons:

Kies bij knieklachten niet voor dit hotel! Ik heb artrose in mijn knie en was me er niet van bewust dat de toegang van het hotel alleen te bereiken is via een zeer steile helling. Dit was ontzettend pijnlijk. Ik raad oude mensen en met knieproblemen om bovenstaande reden af om dit hotel te kiezen.

Pros:

Helt fantastisk flott hotell i mange forskjellige etasjer. Deilig frokost, flott bassengområde. Kort gåtur til sentrale Taormina med butikker, restauranter. Busstasjonen like ved.

Ótima localização e vista fantástica
Pros:

Muito bem localizada. Fica próxima à entrada de Taormina, à estação de ônibus e ao funiculare. A vista é fantástica. Os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Cons:

A funcionária da limpeza tentou entrar duas vezes cedo no apartamento, enquanto dormíamos. É preciso colocar o aviso na porta para evitar isso.

Lovely, quiet hotel.
Pros:

lovely decor - old sicilian style - fabulous views - nice staff - walking distance to all the action - lovely haven from bustle of tourists - fabulous swimming pool

Cons:

Breakfast was limited. No fruit salad and quality muesli- orange juice ran out. We had to ask for coffee so service not as attentive as we would expect. we also had to pay €25 to park for the night. The pool bar shut at 5pm and the pool at 6pm which we thought was too early. Given the price per room, we expected more.

Das Hotel ist ok, wenn man nicht Zuviel erwartet!
Pros:

Der Ausblick war traumhaft. Das Zimmer war ok, hätte aber etwas neuer sein können.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht gut - Eierspeisen kalt, Personal nicht besonders freundlich und die Qualität der Speisen nicht besonders.

Such a beautiful hotel with the ocean view, the elegant lobby decor; comfortable bed; delicious breakfast; walkable to all the attractions; onsite parking and elevator access. Hotel even allowed us to have early check in since we got there early. Wish we stayed another night.
