Pros:

My room smelled tobacco, the smoke smell stock to the walls, they changed my room to another smelly room, I am going to sleep now and I don’t know who the night will end, it is the worest room I have ever stayed in, next time you come to pappermil make sure the room is a non smoking room , otherwise go somewhere else

Had one breakfast at Biscotti's and a dinner at Bimini. Food and service was excellent...of course, a bit pricey, but, for us, well worth it. Throughout our stay, every employee we had contact with(we stayed in the Tuscany Tower) from the check-in staff, to all casino contacts, including parking and security, was professional, efficient and friendly.

Pros:

Property needs renovation. Lights need to be turned on/off manually.
Old toilet, toilet paper too thin. A/C was very noisy.
I feel Expedia clients are not given good rooms.

Stayed here for a convention . Beautiful , clean hotel . Very friendly staff . The food was really good . The convention space was very nice . If I ever went back to Reno I would definitely stay here . Oh , and , the roulette tables were very fun .

There was a mix up when checking in, charged more than what my receipt showed due at check in. The person who checked me in brushed us off, ended up corrected by another employee the next day

The photo of room on Expedia was completely different than reality. We followed directions to our tower and had to wslk through a service alley and old elevator to get to our room.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind! It’s a very large hotel with several buildings and several times we were escorted to our destination!
