Pros:

Breakfast staff was awesome! The food was very good and hot. Room service was quick and very easy to order online. Happy hour was very relaxing, and well stocked snacks were provided throughout the happy hour.

Cons:

The food from room service was cold and not very appealing. We had the trio dips and the cheese dip was water. The sliders were cold.

I booked this hotel but didn’t stay at the property. They were over booked so the made me accommodations at a cheaper hotel but I still payed the price of this hotel. What a scam, the manager told me I would be in there the next day, never received the call to come.

The staff was nice everyone was willing to help and assisting any way. The room was clean large space and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The outdoor pool. Embassy Suitesbis known for the indoor pool and we missed it but thanks to Texas weather we got to swim outside.

Comodidad, limpieza, happy hour.

Estacionamiento: No se especifica muy bien que el establecimiento cobra un parking fee hsta que se llega a hacer el checkin.

Desayuno: 1 de los 2 dias de la estadia habia mucha fente, la fila de Omellet y Pancakes las juntaron en una sola cuando en otros dias eran separadas y causaron que el tiempo de espera fuera de mas de 40 minutos. Ademas de esto, ese dia que estuvo muy lleno cerraron las puertas 25 minutos antes del cierre del desayuno, varios tuvimos que entrar casi a la fuerza para poder agarrar jugo y lo que quedaba de comida por que ademas dejaron de sacar mas alimentos del buffet desde 30 minutos antes de que cerrara. Las maquinas de jugo tambien se terminaron para ese punto.
