No pude alijarme en ese lugar porque mintieron en que podía entrar mi hijo con llave digital ,la recerbacion estaba a mi

Nada !! Recebe y me dijeron que podía llegar mi hijo con una tarjeta digital para poder entrar .y al estar el en el lugar le dijeron que no podía entrar .yo no pude viajar con el por motivos de una Sirujia que me ocasionó inconvenientes para salir .no me gustó que me dijeran mentiras con muchos días de anticipación para poder cancelar y reservar otro alojamiento

We loved everything about the room, the comfort the staff except for the roach that we found crawling on our table

Needed a place to spend the night. Not the worst place I’ve stayed. And not the best either.
Pros:

Clean rooms that are more modern than they have been in a long while.

Cons:

The check-in process was lousy at 1 am. The key didn’t work, and I had to go 3 times down to get the key refreshed. Finally, they put me in another room. I also didn’t think the desk staff was that friendly.

Pros:

Location, rooms, bar & breakfast were great.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. I have never had that happen before and have stayed there many times.

Beyond my expectations
Pros:

Absolutely incredible. From the moment I booked our stay, they've gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Despite having several conventions and camps booked at the same time as our stay, we never felt unseen by the employees. This was my children's very first hotel stay, so I requested a special treat for them... but I had no idea Embassy would go the extra miles it did to give them an experience they won't forget! Not only did the housekeeping do a cute towel creature (which is what I thought they'd receive) they added some treats for each of my two kids, made a large sign welcoming the kids that EVERYONE signed, and the big shock was they had a cap and water bottle made with both of their names! I couldn't believe they'd spend money on us, but wow. I was speechless. The cherry was the fact each employee I talked to seemed to already know who we were, just as excited for our stay as we were, and asked my children, by name, if they were enjoying their first stay--carefully paying attention to them with eye contact and being interested in each of our adventures for the day. Incredible job to the hiring department, you found real gems. And because of how we were treated, we will NEVER not stay at an Embassy. Gold standard customer service worth comparing all other hotels to.
