Very dirty hotel, I do not recommend it!

Couldn't check into hotel. No bags. Have to wait to see what happened. Travelld till from Brooklyn NY. Still at airport

Our short layover stay at Royal Tulip Hotel Sharjah was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We booked a single-day stay, intending to rest for a few hours before checking into our main hotel later in the day. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge disappointment.

The apartment we were given was nothing like the pictures online. It was dirty, with old, worn-out furniture, broken kitchen cabinets, and a terrible moldy smell. The bathrooms were filthy, making it impossible to feel comfortable. When I complained at the reception, they had no alternative room available. They sent someone to clean the bathroom and sprayed air freshener for the smell, but it made little difference.

Instead of resting, we ended up leaving after just two hours and spent the rest of the time at a nearby mall until we could check in at our main hotel. This was a terrible start to our vacation, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible all around. Cockroaches in the room, insects coming out of the sewer opening in the bathroom, smells like Dettol everywhere, dirty, bathroom sink leaking, and upon checkout they tried to charge me 100 Durhams for a crack in a shelf I didn't even use. Worst experience ever. Also not sure what the 4 stars are for, the hotel has absolutely no amenities, should be single star. Spend more money and avoid this place.

The Sharjah Royal tulip is worst hotel in the world. Staff has no clue what is hospitality business. Not worth a penny to stay in this hotel. Sharjah tourism authority should shutdown this hotel. Very poor housekeeping and no standard of any sort.

Disgusting hotel, terrible, dirty, with COCKROACHS! There was one towel in the room for two people, and I asked the reception three times to bring a second one, and until I caught the cleaner in the corridor on the third day, the towel was never brought! The window in the room faces the wall, so it’s as cramped during the day as it is at night! The location of the hotel to the sea is simply terrible! We bought a tour to this hotel and almost ruined our vacation, it’s good that we left earlier!

The property was extremely unclean - specifically the bathrooms and the broken toilet seats. The hallways and the rooms smelt of smoke and sewage - it was very hard to enjoy the stay with unpleasant smells.

Average hotel but close to mall and many Indian restaurants, worth for Money. Hotel do not clean every day unless we request them (2-3 times). Need to request 2-3 times for everything, I stayed many times since close by restaurants

The hotel is good in general but they don’t offer balcony as mentioned in reservation details

The stay was not that good, had opted for non smoking, but room was stinking with cigarette smell and bath shower was not working properly...

Worst customer service ever, unfriendly saff, worst hotel experience- not recommended at all, not worth the money, family requirements they gave 2 single beds join together, given room not cleaned, not sanitized, bed smell, lots cockroaches all over the room, dirty bhatroom with lots of hairs. No proper parking facility. No COVID precautionary measures are being taken at all. Not safe either. Dirtiest hotel absolutely disgusting.shameful customer service!

The furniture is very old, the breakfast was very poor with no varieties but the location of the hotel was perfect and nearby everything.

Very bad, dirty, unprofessional staff, no house keeping, flys and insects, smelly rooms and corridors, sticky tables, smelly sheets, rude reception, never booking again in this hotel, it shouldn’t be operating at this level of quality

When we walked in no one was on the desk then after when he latter came he was so rude at us and when we approached him about he's attitude he actually shouted at us,and after that he never spoke to us he did all the checki in process without saying any word he didn't even explain anything about the hotel facilities,checkout time,how to connect to the wifi we had to find everything on our own. In the morning while checking out he didn't even say hi to us. And we were so disappointed. Apart from that everything else was just amazing.

Have stayed there for a week but it was not upto the par. Rooms were old and in a run down condition. Though i had told them to fix the shower cubicle door but no one bothered to repair after being told for several times. Ac was making so much noise that one cant have their sound sleep.
Staff behaviour was not that exceptional though!!
Left my power bank there but they had denied that they didn't find it.
Apart from location nothing was great to mention about this hotel.

Well no complains with staff, staff was very nice but building, rooms and furniture old, u can hear yourself while walking in the room the only good thing about the hotel part from staff is location, if u chose this hotel it would be only for the location.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in terms of cleanliness. I had to check out after 1 day, and go book a “real” hotel to stay in. And the price was about the same. I was offered I refund or discount. I in face may not book through orbitz again because of this. I wasted $600

I travel frequently in & out of UAE, travel between UAE Cities. Hotels are the crucial thing in terms of parking, Sharjah and location. Tulip Inn Sharjah is one the best hotel I stayed in Sharjah & staffs are very friendly and organized. Rooms are nice and cleaned. The service is amazing the senior managers of this property are really caring which we can see on the staff behavior
