No extra bed when we asked for it(!), inconsistent room sizes, a loud night alarm with no apology from staff, an unwelcoming reception, and a cold breakfast area made our stay very disappointing.

It was not what I expected, super small. It’s in a good area/zone but the facilities are not it. Sorry it’s not like a regular hotel

area is wonderful. fairly close to most but took uber to other areas that were a 20 min walk or so.
there is an app which you use for your room key and to get into the building
didnt know my view was the back of the bldg would have liked a balcony on the street side
app was good BUT dont lt your phone die! or you cant get in. thankfully there were peeople inside that could open thedoor for us and then the staff helped us to the room and opened or doorfor us til our phones recharged.
didnt think about that till it happened , but wouldnt stop me from re booking there again
The balcony was great! The hotel location was walkable to most spots. The staff was very kind and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rating is clearly not 5 stars! It lacks several amenities of 5 star hotel. No health club.
