Entopimento da sanita que deixou de funcionar várias vezes. Embora os funcionários tenham sido printos na resolução do problema, não foi um aspeto agradável.

Perfect location and vary good value for money
Pros:

- Location is very good (hotel is located in the middle of very busy Yuzhong district)
- Breakfast (very good breakfast with many options to choose from, western and Chinese options, long opening times for breakfast 06-00 until 13.30 - more brunch then breakfast)
- An amazing view from the sky lounge at the 39th floor of the hotel

Cons:

- Communication with staff can be a challange sometimes but that is quite common pretty much everywhere in the city if you do not speak Chinese
- I do not really have anything negative to say about the hotel

Pros:

The suite was a very good size and a nice view. The afternoon tea and breakfasts were brilliant. Hotel staff very friendly. Modern facilities. Great location.

Very central and good location. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. They were kind enough to take lots of my parcels for me before I arrived. They clean and refill toiletries everyday!!! I love the hotel!

The staff were helpful and professional. Caretaker Huimin(Lucy), in particular, went above and beyond, using her personal Didi account to secure reliable transportation for us—a gesture of genuine, personalized service that we truly valued.
