Pros:

Staff are helpful and friendly, gym is one of the best I encoubtered with 2 rooms, an indoor swimming pool and the breakfast buffet is beyond words - wide selection and the timing is until 1.30pm! Location is excellent with shops and restaurants right outside. There are 2 malls right across with value for money clothing and excellent restaurants. 2 minutes walk to Jiefangbei and maybe 10 mins walk to Shibatai

Pros:

Excellent location. Delicious and varied buffet brunch which was well priced. Lovely rooftop bar with amazing views. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff in particular were great.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated and laundry facilities were expensive. Corridors of at least one non smoking floor smelt of smoke.

Un séjour tout confort au centre de Chongqing
Pros:

La situation de l'hotel à deux pas de Time Square et du centre est parfaite.
L'accueil et le service de l'hotel sont excellents et les personnes sont disponibles et ont beaucoup d'attention pour les demandes de leurs clients.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. La propreté est irréprochable.
L'hotel n'a pas le faste des établissements plus récents, ultra-modernes et design, mais propose un cadre luxueux à un rapport qualité-prix incomparable.

Amazing location and overall a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Facilities was good, room spacious and bathroom sufficient. Would have liked if there was a bidet available though. However a big shoutout to the concierge team, especially for Victor Hong who helped us with our online order services. He went above and beyond to help us with ordering and returning issues, thank you!

No bidet for the toilet.

Pros:

Everything was phenomenal, there is nothing I would change about the hotel. The looks, the clean breakfast, all of the facilities, all so amazing. The room was MASSIVE and very comfortable. The staff was the kindest staff I ever experienced in my life. Thank you so much for our stay.

Lovely hotel, could do with a refurb but overall lovely
Pros:

Lovely, big rooms! Perfect location, you couldn’t be more central!
Gym was nicely equipped.
Decent breakfast / brunch.
Lovely skybar with views of the city.
Went the extra mile for my partners birthday with a cake and decorated bed, very sweet!!

Cons:

We were on a non-smoking floor, but I believe there were people smoking on our floor as there was a strong smell of smoke.
Quite dated hotel, a bit of an old smell to the rooms and communal areas.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Hotel in posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla zona pedonale dell’orologio e da altre zone turistiche. Stanza bellissima con doppio bagno e soggiorno, vista spettacolare sulla città. Letti comodissimi e grandi, ambienti molto puliti. Il personale era qualificato con conoscenza dell’inglese e molto disponibile ad aiutarci in tutto, addirittura con il Qr code per prendere la metropolitana. Colazione ottima con scelta molto varia di cibi cinesi e occidentali.
