Pros:

The hotel has several eateries close by and is located a few minutes away from both line 1 and 2. Breakfast is varied and available until 13:30 which is amazing when you want a slow day. The workers were all very helpful especially Ann Wan whoop went out of her way to accommodate our request.

Aging hotel that’s well-run and centrally located
Pros:

Very central location. Well established hotel that has its own building, not just renting a floor in an office building like many others in Chongqing. High standards, overall.

Cons:

They initially put me in a room with very poor AC. I had to ask for a refund before they agreed to move me to another room. And the newer room didn’t have great AC either, but it was good enough. The hotel needs a remodel, it’s showing its age.

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Convenient location. Professional and Courteous staff, especially the concierge. What really stands out is the great breakfast and the extended timings until 1:30 which is awesome. Huge rooms.

The reception manager Johny is absolutely outstanding 👏. He is a problem solver, and he is eager to provide outstanding service to hotel guests! He is a great asset to hotel. Michael in restaurant was so helpful getting me info about a dish I liked 👍. Also, Wang Ming Chao at the pool super informative and really good service all the way!

Cons:

Rooms has a smoke smell. Hard to control chinese customers who tend to smoke in a non-smoking room - unfortunately! Ensure you book a room without carpet flooring. Hotel facilities+ service & location are all great plus!
