Werden sicher nicht wiederkommen! Unangemessen teuer,meist junges wenig ausgebildetes Personal

Die Lage hat uns gefallen. Die Anlage ebenfalls. Das Obst beim Frühstück super! Netter Empfang.die pools waren sehr schön...

Cons:

Das Zimmer ging zu einem "Hinterhof", keine Sonne, schmale terasse, dunkel, Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen...
Der Service war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lieblos, nicht aufmerksam. Kein ökologischer Umgang mit den Handtüchern, wurden tgl. Gewechselt. Zimmerservice hat Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt, erst auf Nachfrage.
Die Auflagen am Pool waren durchgelegen, hatten Stockflecken oder schimmel...geht gar nicht...
Einem ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel nicht angemessen.
Abendessen unangemessen teuer.

Expérience pas positive à cause de l'odeur d'égout.J'ai payé trop cher pour ne pas pouvoir dormir.

早餐很好，新鲜美味，酒店配套齐全，泳池，网球场和自行车，能满足很多需求

我觉得酒店的客房距离公共区域较远，停车场没有设有大门，随意进出，客房的安全不太有保障，睡觉不太有安全感，

Sehr schöne Anlage im Grünen.
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schönes Ambiente mit sehr viel Natur. Toll gepflegte Pflanzen!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, man sitzt toll draußen beim Wein oder Abendessen. Auch die Restaurants sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Veraltete Zimmer, leider schon in die Jahre gekommen, was kleine Renovierungen anbelangt.
Im Außenbereich gibt es auch einige Dinge zu machen (Lampe kaputt / Schrauben liegen auf dem Boden/ Pool Anlage nicht so toll gepflegt).

Einfach geniale Entspannung
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Athmosphäre im Haupthaus - in einem liebevoll und authentisch gestalten 5 Sterne Hotel in einem alten Kloster. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleiner gepflegter schöner Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Innenpool, Therapieräumen und viel Ruhe. Spa nur für Erwachsene! Sehr schönes Restaurant, als Frühstücksrestaurant mit großer Frühstücks-Auswahl - der beste Start in den Tag!

great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The rooms are big, mine never caught the son, The breakfast and bar staff are phenomenal, so caring, and the breakfast is really delicious. they keep filling it up, they work so hard. i had a great massage at the spa

Cons:

the dinner menu changed and was less good than last year. The reception staff are a bit careless
