The hotel and breakfast were average. Not worth $300 a night.
Pros:

The Hotel was clean and in good shape.

Cons:

There was an odor in our roomthat they could not correct. Slight smell of urine or from the A/C unit. There were several people with dogs staying at the hotel. The parking lot was ok, accept for the person that put a ding in my vehicle door and did not report it.

fine stay to be close to BI ferry if traveling from afar otherwise this wouldn't be a destination
Pros:

the kids enjoyed the pool. the room was comfortable & clean.

Cons:

very dated decor. the carpets in the hallways were old & worn down. breakfast was very mediocre.

Great location and great staff for a get away trip!
Pros:

It was a great place to stay at for traveling around southern Rhode Island. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit.

Front desk staff when we arrived was rude. Door lock stopped working. Smoke detector was hanging down. Every 2 day cleaning policy for $400 a night

Pros:

Location to the college was great and access to restaurants and shops

Cons:

The air conditioning in the rooms are outdated and very loud. They sound like a plane is about to take off which makes it hard to sleep
