Good, but could have been better.
Pros:

Hotel staff great. Beds were comfortable. The room itself was very comfortable.

Cons:

Specifically for room 106: there was a slight mildew smell present for our entire stay. Rules should be instated for other guests to be quiet after a reasonable time such as 9 pm. We could not sleep until after 11 pm as people were running around in the hallway and room above us. We could not call the front desk to complain because the phone landline was down and we were already in bedclothes.

Was the worst hotel stay I have yet to book!
Pros:

In a great location with so much near by

Cons:

Mold in the room(the wall and ceiling in a corner and the ring around the bath tub, falsely advertised hot tub as there is NONE, very dirty pool with dirt wads of hair and false nails, I left the do not disturb sign on my door and when I arrived from an outing for the day housekeeper had gone in and taken out towels and restocked. Any concern brought to the staff members and they just said they would notify someone. Breakfast was ok, hot foods(eggs, potatoes, and sausage) were not really edible.

We would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was convenient to the beach and within a common with several places to dine.
Room was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely. Greeted very cordially by all on the staff.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. But was adequate.

Have stayed here before and would stay again since it’s near family.
Pros:

Clean, nicely decorated for the holidays and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free hot chocolate bar with treats that you could add (ex. Marshmallows) and chocolate chip cookies from afternoon to evening hours in the lobby. Free coffee and tea. The room was comfort, clean and in good shape. Full breakfast buffet (also included) had lots of options.

Cons:

It’s located at the back of a shopping plaza and a bit hard to find at first. Perhaps more signage would help in directing one to its location.

Best Place to stay In South Kingstown
Pros:

I spent two nights at the Hampton Inn in South Kingstown and it was just about perfect. The hotel is centrally located with access to Narragansett, Wakefield and all of the beaches in South Kingstown. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and the rooms are super clean and very spacious.
There is also plenty to do right in the South County Commons; movies, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance of the Hampton Inn.
