Bathroom not clean…paid too much for a dirty bathroom! Will not stay here again.
Cons:

The bathroom was not clean! Multiple hairs in the bathroom!!! Yuck! Front desk sent a survey text to check on my stay. I reported the dirty bathroom and their only response was “sorry”. The opportunity to change rooms would have been appreciated considering the hotel was mostly empty.

Great hotel in West Bend
Pros:

Due to an unfortunate loss of my home, my insurance company put me at the Hampton Inn, West Bend Wi. Very clean hotel and great accommodations. daily breakfast was perfect as well as some of the employees- Sherra, Karly and Deb that made the stay as comfortable as it could be. They went out of their way to take in some of my belongings as I had to attend to take care of business and everyday lift. Very clean and comfortable hotel just like all Hampton and Hilton hotels have been in my experience.

Pros:

The location was great. We were unable to experience the breakfast just because of late rising.

Cons:

It was sad the hot tub wasn’t functioning but that is uncontrollable

Impressive stay with quality accommodations AND staff!
Pros:

Impressed with the current moderness and colors of our room. Breakfast was a WOW! It was more than I expected from a "free" breakfast. Dining room was comfy. Because I work in food service, there would've been a few tweaks, but impressive for one person handling it all!

Cons:

We requested first floor, did not receive that.

Nice but could have been better for the expense.
Pros:

Good breakfasts and large eating area. Really liked the shower setup.

Cons:

No guide on the TV. Had to go from station to station to see what was on. The oversized chair in corner was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Nice 3 star hotel. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of counter top space. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast with average options. The lobby lounge was a nice place to hang out for individuals or groups.
