Pros:

It was nice and quiet
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and I think the setup was simple. I appreciated the maintenance worker coming in at 2 am because the keycard reader died.

Cons:

I didn’t really appreciate the day worker kind of losing her patience when there was technical issues on my end with payment. I had to wait for the bank to accept the money that was being transferred. She kind of looked down on us like we didn’t have the money to pay.

Overall, a nice day the woman in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful.
Pros:

I spoke through booking.com. When I arrived or actually just before I got a phone call telling me they were having problems accepting my reservation. when I got inside, there was some kind of discrepancy between the booking.com price and the hotel price. The good news is they were able to rectify it. The bad news is they made me nervous and uncomfortable while they figured it out. That should not have been a problem if I was given a price in received a confirmation email.

Cons:

There was no way to force the fan on. You could only control the temperatures. Also, there should not be an extra parking charge for parking in a mall parking lot.

Pros:

The scones were awesome! Everyone else seemed to have enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the staff werent as pleasant or accomadating as they should have been,being that there was construction going on the entire duration of our stay,outside of the hours they posted it would be.

Happy with the Hampton
Pros:

The room was extremely spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool was only 5 ft deep which made it easy for my little ones to swim or myself carry them around the entire pool without fear of losing my footing. The staff was amazing! They were courteous and were able to get us extended checkout and early check in for my son's birthday. Made the day and the stay extra special.

Cons:

The beds were pretty firm (I prefer a softer bed) and the top blanket was pretty scratchy- the comforter was exceptionally soft though. There was a fee on our card for $4.77 that was later credited back. They advised it was a service fee but it was never disclosed. The staff was very nice at crediting it back and said they would advise their team to disclose it moving forward.
