Pros:

It was nice that they allowed me to check in early. The weather was extremely hot and the cool room was a wonderful greeting.

Cons:

This facility has a long driveway with a small entrance so it is way to miss. Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Having to use the lobby restroom was an unpleasant experience. Half cup of coffee on the sink, a toilet not flushed and dirty with paper on the floor. The room was clean which was a relief after the lobby experience. It would be nice if the room had some tea or hot chocolate as an option to the coffee.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again on my next visit.
Pros:

Close to freeway, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices (both hot and cold). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The doors closed loudly so you could hear when people came and left. Other than that everything was wonderful.
