Great food, great location but the room could be better
Pros:

Excellent location close to numerous restaurants, shopping centers and tourist attractions. Excellent service from hotel staff especially the concierge staff who helped to make reservations at restaurants which only accepted phone reservations a couple of months prior to my check-in date.

Cons:

The original room we were assigned upon our check in was very run down and not very clean. Even though the front desk promptly gave us another better room when we complained, we felt that this shouldn’t happen in the first place especially since we were repeat customers and the price of the room wasn’t cheap.

삿포로 그랜드 호텔 후기
Pros:

아침식사도 일본식정식과 부페식을 선택해서 먹을 수 있었고, 조용하고 깨끗해서 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

위치가 삿포로 역과 오도리 공원 사이라서 약간 애매한 곳이라 생각합니다.

Best experience in Sapporo
Pros:

Best location, closer to everything such as food, shopping and places to visit. Room has enough space for family of 3 and 4, and very clean. Delicious breakfast, we tasted all the best in Sapporo.
