Pros:

The hotel is so clean, staff are all kind and welcoming. The food was great too. Highly recommended!

Exceptional. Look no further!
Pros:

We were at the main building in a deluxe double room which was renovated. It was super clean and well-appointed. USB-C and power outlets on both sides of the bed an a tea and coffee machine with capsules. The bed was like a large Queen and was very very comfortable! We stayed at the Ryokan Onsen Yuen farther up the street but it is not comparable! The location with the connected Underground Walkway on B1 is fantastic. The staff (everyone from the concierge, lobby, housekeeping and at breakfast) were always smiling and very efficient. When we next return, we will only stay here!!

Pros:

호텔 지하에서 삿포로 이곳 저곳으로 이어지는 점이 무척이나 좋았습니다. 이방인에게 친절하게 먼저 다가와 이야기 들어주시고, 한국어를 너무도 잘 하시는 직원분들 덕분에 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 다음 삿포로 여행도 이 호텔에 머물겠습니다.

Cons:

아침 식사 뷔페는 약간의 호불호가 나뉠 것 같습니다.

Pros:

공항에서 리무진버스타고 가면 호텔 바로앞에서 내려요.
위치가 너무 좋아서 삿포로역과 오도리공원 스스키노역까지 다 걸어다니기 좋았어요.
호텔이 관리 잘되어있고 직원분들 모두 친절해요.
3박했는데 편안히 잘 지냈어요.

Great hotel in a superb location
Pros:

Staff are friendly and polite. The room is bigger and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Bonus: underground walkways that link to the Sapporo station and shopping malls. It’s great especially on a snowy day.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The lampshade on the headboard was placed in the middle and when you're seated on the bed while reading something I kept knocking it . You have to sit close to edge of bed.

さすがは札幌グランドホテル
Pros:

札幌を代表する品格のあるホテルとして、それを裏切らない設備とサービス、その割には納得感のある価格。
今回はシングルだったけど空いているツイン部屋にしてくれたので広くてゆったり過ごすことができました。
小雨模様だったけど地下道から直接ホテルB1に入れるので札幌駅から雨傘不要。
