Checkin: arrives à 11:00, personne à la réception et pas possible de faire le check-in, même sans recevoir une clef. À 15:00 il y avait 10 personnes devant nous…15 minutes d’attente. Seul bémol de notre séjour

Pros:

酒店位置很不錯, 在札榥車站西口出, 再入地鐵站直行大約10分鐘, 在8號出口用升降機上地面 (想講清楚 8 號出口不是地鐵站的8號出口 - 否則要上3-4 層樓梯), 右手邊便是GRAND SAPPORO HOTEL 東館, 直入便是酒店大堂辦入住手續.

由酒店行去狸小路商店行大約10分鐘, 行去SAPPORO STATION 又是10分鐘, 很方便

Cons:

員工在沒有查問我們的情況下, 便掉了我們的旅行枕頭套, 這點令我驚訝!!!

Passage formidable à Sapporo
Pros:

L'emplacement est super. Tout se fait à la marche et est proche.
Le stationnement était plein la première journée, ils nous ont accommodé et laissé se stationner près du lobby sans frais.
Nous avons oublié des effets dans notre chambre. Après avoir contacté l'hôtel pour les aviser, ils ont tout mis en branle pour nous faire livrer nos effets à la destination de notre choix.
Service A+ !!!

Cons:

L'air climatisé n'était pas le meilleur, mais l'hôtel nous a fourni un ventilateur, ce qui a grandement aidé.

Clean and easy to access the shopping.
Pros:

Japanese Breakfast was good, didn't have to wait. Western Breakfast was good too, but had a wait abit if its peak hours. Location is very good, easy access to the shopping. Room was very clean.

Aircon is terrible, avoid it if you don't like boiling hot rooms
Pros:

The hotel suite was a nice size

Cons:

The air con in the room had no effect on the temperature. Genuinely felt hotter inside than outside. We were offered a single tower fan which helped somewhat but for the price of their best rooms it's not worth it at all. If you don't like hot rooms in summer then avoid this place.

A perfect, family-friendly stay in the heart of Sapporo.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room was the perfect size for two adults and our 3-year-old son, even for a long stay. The location is ideal, and the direct access to the CHIKAHO underground walkway was extremely convenient. We also really appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was: we could request a child toilet seat, a bathroom step stool and a diaper disposal bin in advance, and everything was ready in our room when we arrived. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
