Pros:

朝食が和食、バイキングが美味しかった。

Cons:

ツインの部屋が狭かった。バスルームの浴槽が滑りやすく、転倒しそうで恐かった。

ㅡ 위치가 정말 좋음
삿포로역 ~ 오도리공원 사이에 있고,
지하상가 입출구와 바로 연결되고
공항 리무진버스 정류장이 바로 앞임.

ㅡ 내부 시설이 편리하게 구성됨.
엘리베이터가 3개이고 속도가 빨라 이용하기 편함,
에어컨디셔너가 침대쪽으로 향하지 않아 덜 건조하고,
욕실 거울은 히팅거울이라 김이 안끼고,
침대도 적당히 푹신하고,
질좋은 잠옷과 슬리퍼를 제공하며,
수건도 종류별로 넉넉히 제공해주고,
섬유탈취제, 우산 등 세심하게 구비되어있음

ㅡ 청결한 관리 & 직원들의 서비스
모두모두 만족함.

메인 빌딩은 리모델링한것으로 알고있는데
나는 오래된 건물에 투숙했음
알고 예약한거고 컨디션도 좋아서 만족했지만
다음엔 메일 빌딩에 투숙해보고싶다.

地理位置可以，虽然酒店看起来像是建了很久的样子，但是浴室和洗手间有做到无水垢，看起来很用心

Cons:

I didn’t like the old part ( that I stayed in the earlier days, was outdated) but this time I got renovated room in the east building so it was all good in the end.

Cons:

The room was tiny and the furniture is too big for the room and strangely set up so not functioning well. I guess it is because it is outdated. I stayed in the other side of the hotel later on on this trip and that room was totally modern and spacious.

Not as good as we had hoped
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great
The bakery in the hotel - great cakes

Cons:

The room was on the smallish side.

We thought the breakfast wasn’t great - the coffee was just terrible and it felt like a a slightly downmarket cafeteria experience. The room is drab and brown and brown plastic trays for self service don’t help

The staff were very helpful and location is good. Overall, nice experience

Location was great and it was right in front of the airport bus.

Cons:

There seems to be few wings of the rooms in the hotel. I was there also on 24 May but for the same category of room, the room offers on 24 May was world apart from the 27 May. It seem to be at other side of the hotel and slightly older. The room on 27 May was great. Much bigger and comfy. It totally changed the whole experience

櫃檯的小姐（個子矮的）服務態度並不好而且給我內側的房間，我住得很不舒服，尤其這些年來我都選擇住グランドホテル，而且並不便宜，下次我不會住了吧。
