Pros:

There was no hot water for a shower. I let it run for 20 minutes. I did complain to the booking reservation link and on the app and did not hear anything back.

It was too close to Rt 81 so it was noisy. The breakfast wasn't great.

Could have been cleaner, but very comfortable and good location.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Cons:

My son had to change his room because the bathroom had not been cleaned. In one of our other rooms (we had 3) the sink was dirty.

This was my second visit an I plan to stay again.
Pros:

Everything is very clean and everyone is very nice.

Cons:

There were a few lady bugs on the windows which was cute and then a bunch a dead ones in the windowsill and found a dead one in my bed when I was leaving. Ladybugs mean good luck but I don’t want to find dead ones.
