Cleanliness
7.6
Generally reported as clean and comfortable by many guests, but several serious cleanliness incidents (stains, blood, urine odor, initial unclean rooms) reduced confidence.
Service
9.4
Frequently praised: numerous comments about extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (including an upgrade/concierge effort); isolated reports of rude morning check-in staff are exceptions.
Location
8
Mixed feedback: several guests called the location perfect/very convenient and quiet, while others found it hard to find, behind other hotels, or relatively far from some attractions.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms often described as comfortable and well-equipped (some with private jacuzzi), but issues include uncomfortable/hard beds, TV signal problems, and occasional maintenance/security concerns.
Amenities
8.9
Good amenity set noted (indoor pool, in-room jacuzzi options, breakfast, working in-room amenities); minor negatives (ice machine location, some rooms lacking jacuzzi) but overall amenities were a strong point.
Value for Money
8.2
Many guests felt it was a great value with included breakfast and pool; some felt the quality did not match the price in instances of poor housekeeping or security concerns.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast is included and received several positive remarks, but a notable complaint described the breakfast as poor/processed, leading to mixed impressions.
Overall Experience
9.6
Majority of stays were positive with friendly staff, clean rooms and good facilities; isolated severe negative incidents impacted some guests but overall sentiment is very positive.

Pros:

Hotel staff seen i was stressed to the max the day I did a last minute check- in. Within my 1st hour there the guy from.check in came to pool where I was with my step daughter and grandchildren and offered me an upgrade to a suite with a private jacuzzi for just a few dollars more then I had already paid. Said he texted his boss to see if he could help us out in anyway because it seemed we really needed it. 10 out of 10 on customer service!!!!!
