Отель прям на троечку. Не соответствует цена-качество
Pros:

Первое что хочется отметить это очень зеленая красивая территория отеля. Второе что понравилось это персонал, очень вежливый, сразу пытается помочь и решить вашу проблему. Третье, большая клевая детская комната! Очень разнообразная и на любой возраст.
Вкусное мороженое и десерты в кондитерской.
Но на этом все

Cons:

К концу отдыха нам правда хотелось быстрее уехать. А теперь по порядку:
- Старые отвратительные номера. (Фото приложу)
-Ужасная уборка в номерах. Нам приходилось уговаривать персонал, чтобы к нам зашли и убрались, при это очень плохо. Унитаз, раковину и душ вообще не мыли, зубные щетки и ватные диски не приносили, хотя мы всегда оставляли хорошие чаевые. Только через руководство, когда мы весь отдых возмущались, к последнему дню, нам убрали хорошо🤣
Еда вообще не вау. Часто холодная, безвкусная. Иногда к средине завтрака приходишь, стоят пустые блюда. (4 штуки подряд) и только через 15 минут что-то будут докладывать. Ну такого не должно быть… Также один день придешь каша как каша, в другой день просто взяли рис или овсянки и залили молоком, оно жидкое есть невозможно. Также и с супом, иногда нормально, иногда просто солененькая вода.
Пляж тоже на троечку. Вечером мусор, бутылки валяются. То ли камни, то ли песок, хрен пойми. Нам не понравилось.
Обдирают на каждом шагу, не хочешь толпиться на пляже со всеми, есть беседки (кабаны) но они стоят от 100€, не хочешь в ресторане ужасную еду есть, пожалуйста 4 ресторана, но цены там как мишлен (а по вкусу нет). Прачечная тоже заоблачно стоит, а футболки ребенку так и не отстирали. Про спа я вообще молчу, просто обычный массаж полтора часа мне и полтора часа мужу обошелся нам в 500€, хотя массаж посредственный (нам даже одноразовые трусики не дали🤣)
Слишком навязчивые фотографы, они прям липнут чтобы ты сделал фото у них. Они и гавкают и мяукают, и орут тебе. Постоянно подходят оно и тоже спрашивают, а если отказываешься косо смотрят…. и на весь отель их человек 10. Перебор.

We had a wonderful experience at Ela Excellence Resort. Everything about our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
A very special mention goes to the kids club and the amazing team who made our child’s holiday extra special. The kids club was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with so many fun, creative, and well-organized activities. The staff were caring, energetic, and attentive, making sure our child was happy, safe, and entertained every day. It was wonderful to see how much effort was put into creating unforgettable experiences for young guests.
The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of activities designed for children, while also offering great facilities for parents to relax and enjoy. Our child had an amazing time and created beautiful memories.
Another thing we really appreciated was the overall crowd and atmosphere at the resort. The guests were pleasant, the environment felt comfortable and family-oriented, and it created a very positive holiday vibe throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly cleaned. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices, and the restaurants, pools, beach area, and entertainment options were all fantastic.
The entire team showed great attention to detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to everyone at Ela Excellence Resort for giving us such a beautiful and memorable holiday.
We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for a perfect vacation with children.

Cons:

One small area where we feel there could be some improvement is the food variety over longer stays. Although the food was very good, the menu felt a little repetitive on some days. It would be amazing to see more themed dining experiences such as Asian nights, Mexican cuisine, or other international menus to add more variety.

Also, it would be a nice addition if spa packages included some complimentary sessions, discount coupons, or special offers for guests, making the overall luxury experience even better.

Превосходный отель, если у вы хотите отдохнуть с детьми, то без сомнений выбирайте его. Великолепный детский клуб, подойдёт и для малышей, и для детей постарше. В детском клубе постоянно проводятся мероприятия, большая территория, есть игровая зона с профессиями. Замечательные рестораны, если не хотите тратить деньги и идти вечером в Аля карт, то вы можете посетить их днём: особенно понравились турецкая кухня и греческая (все они рядом с пляжем).
Большая зелёная территория, есть пруд с рыбами, которых можно покормить специальным кормом.
Пляж - песок и немного камней. Но купались мы с пирса, т.к у берега часто была мутная вода.
Самые вкусные коктейли в лобби у ресепшена, пино колада просто потрясающая. Коктейли были вкусные везде, кроме бара у пирса.
Персонал отзывчивый, добрый. У гостей есть свой ассистент, который помогает решать все проблемы. Также с помощью приложения вы можете связаться с ассистентом, забронировать рестораны, посмотреть расписание мероприятий и шоу. Очень много русскоговорящих сотрудников.
Вечерние шоу - это отдельное удовольствие, как и детские шоу, так и взрослые очень классные. Особенно нам понравилось шоу с байками и цирковое шоу.
Как итог, мы в восторге от отеля и хотим вернуться сюда снова.

We enjoyed the entire experience. All the staff were extremely hardworking and attentive to all our needs. My personal assistant, Aisia, was most helpful and attentive with the couple of minor issues that I had during my stay. My whole family was most impressed and happy during our stay!!!

Pros:

Шезлонги крутые, как кровати. Безлимитные полотенца, чистая посуда, красивые террасы на завтраке, обеде и ужине.

Cons:

Холодные бассейны в конце мая, это жесть. Питание среднее, каждый день одно и тоже, скорей 4 звезды.

Heerlijk weekje in de watten gelegd.

Ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Mooie faciliteiten.

Cons:

Er was weinig op aan te merken. Enig minpuntje was dat er veel onbeschofte Russen waren. Maar hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niet zoveel aan doen.

Een groen luxe resort waar je leeft in een paradijs.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig groen resort. Echt een paradijs! Heel veel bloemen- bomen en heerlijke zitplekjes. Fantastisch eten in veel verschillende restaurants. All a carte lunchen- dineren of bij het buffetrestaurant. Alles is mogelijk. Het personeel kan niet goed voor je doen. En dit zonder fooi te verwachten! Soms voelt het juist heel ongemakkelijk, omdat ze zo bereidwillig zijn. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen. Ontzettend bedankt voor alles Ela!

Cons:

- geen verbetering. Als ik een puntje moet noemen vind ik het jammer dat er buiten nog geen entertainment was in de avond. Ze waren dit nu (eind april) aan het opvouwen.

Pros:

Мы уже второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. После первого визита нам предоставили комфортный номер, за что отдельная благодарность администрации. Наш отдых прошёл прекрасно, атмосфера была очень приятной, сервис на высоком уровне. Ребята, одним словом, молодцы — стараются на все сто, всегда внимательные и дружелюбные.

Особенно хотим отметить массажиста Хатуну — замечательный специалист с золотыми руками. После массажа чувствовали себя великолепно.

Спасибо за тёплый приём и прекрасный отдых. Обязательно вернёмся снова!
