В этом году очевидно не хватало персонала в ресторане. Ремонт устарел и пора делать реновауию или снижать цены.
Pros:

Кормили как всегда прекрасно, все свежее, вкусное, разнообразное. Авокадо, лосось, мясо на выбор, много свежих овощей и фруктов.

Cons:

Ремонт совсем износился. Ванные старые, сантехника хромает, мебель и тд.
Пора делать ремонт.
На пирс зайти неприятно, доски гнилые, лестницы грязные.

One of the best hotels we have ever visited !
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with plenty of activities for children and teenagers. The food and facilities were excellent, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. Amazing service!

Cons:

I found it unpleasant that some guests smoked next to the pool. It would be much better if the hotel provided designated smoking areas away from the pool.

Pros:

Everything was realy good, the stuff very friendly, various food and realy tasty, big gardens and pools. We had quality time spent here and for sure we will recomand to our friends!

It was my last stay number 4. Not sure I will be back after that visit. I excepted more attention for the regular guests
Pros:

It was our stay number 4. Once in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2026. This stay was the lowest rated by myself. Was too many people, I understand it’s high season.
However I always got my space near the pool or sea anytime.

Cons:

This time it wasn’t the main building (it was a lake side) which is my mistake and I didn’t realise when I booked, I asked to change on arrival because I was with a 3yo kid and the member of staff offered me to pay £3000 more (for a different category in a main building )than I have already paid… I refused the offer.

Perfect
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the food in the main restaurant was quite repetitive, so I would recommend offering more variety.

The volleyball team was fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Larisa, who was especially kind and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only downside was that the price was a little high, but everything else made for a great experience.

Pros:

Отличная еда, инфраструктура.

Cons:

В сезон сервис хромает: в спа был слабый массаж, просто погладили за 120 евро (хотя на входе уточняли желаемую интенсивность и зоны для проработки). Детский центр сам по себе отличный и красивый, но аниматоры скорее присматривают в комнатах (не во всех), в игры не вовлекают, у меня было такое, что дочка просто находила комнату с мультиками и сидела там, потому что не знала, чем заняться. В обед нужно ловить официанта и попросить принести напитки. Все это мелочи, но в сумме иногда напрягает.
