Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, they had B&G, eggs, waffles with strawberries and cream, cereal, juices, coffee. And a big bonus was they had really friendly staff out that was helping people and keeping everything fresh and stocked.

Cons:

Just a little bummed there is no hot tub haha but honestly this is a great hotel.

no hot water and you need $150 cash only deposit that isn't mentioned when you book!

Cons:

There is a 150 dollar CASH only deposit to stay there because of the junkies that ruin rooms. So now, if you're just a regular law abiding guest, you need to go out your way to get $150 CASH only, just so you can have a room there even after you booked and paid online. And this is because it's not a Ramada policy, it's a Moses lake Ramada policy. Also, there was no hot water in the shower! We checked in late and already went through the hassle of finding an atm after booking, because the closest gas station closes at 8pm for some weird reason, and later in the night we find out the shower doesn't get hot. Not a great stay or experience for us. I recommend just go somewhere else and that's exactly what I'll be doing from on.

Clean room. NO level 2 EV charging stations
Pros:

Clean room, convenient location for those who are traveling through. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked this hotel specifically because they advertised EV charging facilities. When I arrived, I was told that the "EV charging" stations were just parking spots with a 110 electrical outlet adjacent. There are no level two chargers or even any charging cables / equipment on hand. You literally have to bring your own trickle charger and then plug into a wall outlet. This should be made clearer for those of us who are doing EV road trips and planning our charging stops along the way.

The place was pretty clean, that was nice

Cons:

The king bed was too hard for my wife and I. Walls were very thin and could hear everything. Loud people outside until almost 11. The soap was awful. Television was outdated. Bed was hard and the pillows were too small for the bed. Breakfast, the food wasn't very warm. The biscuits weren't cooked thru. Food was cold by the time I got to my seat. Front desk associate couldn't have cared less that we were checking in

BESTEST OF THE BEST
Pros:

The BEST service ever! I was having a terrible night, continually being booked with hotels that don’t accept cats. Finally got a room here and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Amongst all of the encouraging words of the staff, they showed me so much compassion and kindness in the circumstances I was in. I requested a law checkout of 1 hr later and was happily granted. Long story short, I ended up having to check out over 3 hrs late and I was more than happy to pay extra. Without even hesitation, they said that I was good to go and no worries about paying extra. You just don’t find anything like that these days anymore. Every single staff member that I encountered, gave me so much relief in what was a very difficult situation I was going through at the time. You guys rock the motel world!
