Handicap shower made a mess on the floor
Breakfast offered waffles, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches to heat up, cereal, juice and coffee.
My room was left open by housekeeping all day. The clerk I reported it to wasn't apologetic.
We had to hastily evacuate from wildfires along with about 60,000 others.. As soon as I could I looked for a place to stay. Ruby Hotel was available so I called and explained my situation. They were very cordial and explained what was available, they also gave us a discount! As the stay lengthened, they assisted me by keeping the rooms available. Always helpful and patient while remaining professional. They kept the room spotless and the free breakfast was very good. Great care, great quality, reasonable price in gorgeous surroundings.

I wasn't able to cancel my hotel rm, I feel that there should be a discount for seniors, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the sheets were old and there were bugs in my shower the hair dryer was full lent.
Stayed at the Ruby one night on my way back home to Central Alberta after visiting family in Meridian, ID.
I actually stayed at the Ruby in May 2016 on my way down to visit family in Meridian. Both times the room was clean and the staff friendly!
Loved fireplace, pool & location
Room had a strong odor so we had to open window to get fresh air
Lovely hotel with nice rooms and general areas where we could sit and an area with vending machines and space to make drinks.
Unfortunately, our room was right above the area with vending machines, and there was loud music playing constantly day and night, which we could hear. On the first night, we asked if the music could be turned down or switched off, and we were told the controls were in the managers office that couldn't be accessed. The second day, we asked again and were again told the same thing, we were given earplugs, which we thought was unacceptable as it wasn't just about sleeping but relaxing and also working in our room. We were also told we couldn't change rooms. The WiFi was patchy, and the tv was slow to respond and awkward to navigate. Housekeeping staff were also incredibly noisy, including shouting to each other down the hallway.

Breakfast at the restaurant in the front was quite a bit better.
