Old, tired and rude. Don’t do it.
Pros:

Do not stay here. The location is perfect, BUT… the hotel reception are lazy, bored and have no interest in customer service at all. The rooms are reasonable but we had a problem with our room being a constant 27’ hot. So I went to reception for assistance and was told ‘your only solution is to get another hotel’ OMFG. Never have I been spoken to like that in a hotel in my life.
The staff here do not care. If it was not for the location it would be a total bypass. Never have I been treated so poorly. Liam Baker-Bellew You need to look around your own hotel.

A birthday treat for a friend.
Pros:

We went for a friends birthday, Jamie,Jack and all the staff made a special afternoon for her, even made a cocktail as a take on a Beatles song(Carol my dear instead of Martha my dear) needless to say she was delighted. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff, thank you.

My Liverpool trip.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed in this amazing hotel on our visit to Liverpool, we upgraded our room and I believe it was well worth the extra few pounds.
If your coming to Liverpool this hotel is a must stay place ,plus you are next door to the world famous Cavere club.

AIR-CONDITIONING AN ISSUE (but a good trip overall)
Pros:

There was an issue. with the air-conditioning in my room - it was not working while I was there for two of the hottest days of the year. There was a fan present which did work but it was using the only plug socket in the room (number 123). They gave me an extension cable to use.
Smoked glass in the windows and curtains drawn so no view of any kind outside. Shower and bathroom were good and I managed to sleep quite well with the fan running all night. My travelling companion had air-conditioning and could see through his window (even had a street view). The lady down the corridor had no air-conditioning either. No spare rooms as I was told hotel was completely booked up! So a bit disappointed as the purpose of the visit was very Beatles-orientated! A trip to Dungeon Lane, the wonderful Beatles museum in the Cavern Quarter and a Ferry 'Cross The Mersey!

Awful hotel do not stay
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for my sons 21st birthday .. This is the worse hotel I’ve ever been to .. the noise from the street below was horrendous and we had to make up a bed in the bathroom and did not sleep at all .. they knew already about the noise levels and did not make any efforts to warn us prior to booking as many hotels do .. they said it’s not their responsibility but the experience of their guests is .. they offered us a complimentary upgrade on our next visit which is a joke .. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!

An Amazing Beatles Experience
Pros:

I booked the Beatle experience for my 13 years old niece who is a massive Beatles fan and she absolutely loved it. Emma who managed booking everything for us was amazing and helped with everything. During our stay all of the stay at the hotel were welcoming and incredibly helpful. Then even after our stay Rochelle went above and beyond to sort an issue with the billing to us.

The hotel is right next to a busy area and so can be a bit noisy at night, but the really central location made it so easy to get everywhere that it it was worth it. The entire hotel had little Beatles touches and images, which made such a difference. It was really clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience!

My third time staying here!
Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I think the staff there goes above and beyond. One thing I would warn people about is to ask for a room away from Matthew Street as the noise level there, especially weekend nights, is pretty loud and pounding!

Delightful Cabaret Afternoon Brunch
Pros:

I was actually lucky enough to win a newly promoted afternoon cabaret Brunch on the beginning of August. And it was truly a great experience. Even if we'd have paid the £39.99 pp, We would have quite happily done so we all agreed. The food itself was so tasty and plentiful, It probably would have cost at least £20 itself elsewhere. Leaving 90 minutes to drink prossecco beer, of various cocktails! And for an additional £5pp, you could add the signature cocktails aswell! All freshly made from scratch none of this 2 for 1 rubbish, and all served in the correct cocktail glasses! I love a good cocktail glass!🍸.
The lady singing was sooo good, and brought quite a cosy vibe to The place, singing some really good songs! By the time the cocktails were flowing, we were definitely in the mood for a boogie 💃.All in all it was a really good afternoon spent, looked after by the wonderful staff and the guy running it. We would definitely recommend a visit to this new venture, definitely ideal for a special day out.we definitely will be returning 🥰
