A very good hotel. It advertised a pool. But this had been out of use for ages. Naughty.

Informed to Reception that there will be 40-45mins delay in checkout due to urgent meeting still Receptionist calling and threatening for extra payment due to delay chexkout of 40mins..although as corporate min 10-15 rooms booked from same corporate.
Front line Team dont know how to maintain the corporate relationship.
Also Room AC was not working properly in the peak summer with no provisioning of ceiling fan in the room.
Food was very good and hospitality what you was very good like the food very much enjoyed excellent provide service by Mr Anand Dangde and all team so we visit again and again this hotel last 5 years this hotel hard of the city thank you
The AC in the room was not working and after insisting room was changed and the new room it was coller but not cool enough !!!

The day we reached we asked at reception if there is a pool and they said yes but they didn’t mention the pool was under maintenance even after asking twice that where the pool is located.If they are charging full amount for the rooms and their half of the services are under maintenance they don’t need to charge that much amount.
There was no fridge in the rooms, no sleeper ,no comb ,no hair dryer etc ,Atleast they need to give this basic things in their rooms .

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean but guy at the reception was rude Mr Abhishek. He doesn't know what is allowed and what is not .
