High Tariff as per room condition no small freeze in the room air condition control was not good

Overall the experience of good. Restaurant staff and service is excellent however the hotel service needs to be better. Mr Anad from the restaurant staff helped us make our stay better.

The AC was not working. There is no fridge. Basic facilities were not delivered.
Hotel AMAR food is very excellent room and cleaning hygiene. Excellent food was very delicious in restaurant, specially service provider, Mr. Anand Dandge and we will visit again this hotel. We booked two rooms for our family and stayed for one night. Overall, the experience was pleasant, though not exceptional.
The rooms were comfortable and reasonably maintained, but the furniture appeared somewhat dated. One of our rooms faced the street, and the noise level from outside was quite noticeable, especially during the evening.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast at the restaurant. The food was great, with a good variety of vegetarian options. We were particularly impressed by Manager Anand, who regularly checked on guests. His attentiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.
The biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, as we had been looking forward to using it with our children.
Overall, a decent stay with excellent hospitality and breakfast, but some improvements to room furnishings, sound insulation, and guest facilities would enhance the experience further.
Sakshi at the reception was our true saviour. We got the room probably one of the best. The stay and service was super comfortable and the service was super fast. Food you name it, they had the best. Breakfast they have a decent spread. No complaints. Only good moments and experience. Had travelled with my daughter for tournament and the entire arrangements right from rooms to meals was impeccable. The location is good, staff very cordial. Clean Rooms. Spacious Rooms. Ambience good for family and solo travellers.. Very Safe. A special thanks to Vikas for his enthusiasm round the clock.
