Excellent food.
Pros:

Very modern and clean.
The restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed the whole of our stay for maintenance but no maintenance was being done. Very disappointing.

Friendly & comfortable
Pros:

Good located for a visit to Ajanta & Ellora. Big room, hot shower and good food. Our cleaner Saresh was very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The Pool was under maintenance and unfortunately it was not mentioned when we booked the room.

A comfortable Hotel, the staff not helpful
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the Hotel

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work and the Staff was not able to fix it. Later I found out myself the problem. The wife didn’t work, because VPN was active and didn’t permit login to the Hotel Network

Pros:

Freundlich, Frühstück, Hotel relativ gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Basis, und für Indische verhältnisse relativ sauber.
Für Europäische vorstellungen aber unmöglich.
Am dunklen Zimmerfussboden sah man die schlieren vom dreckigen wischwasser. So als ob man mit einem Eimer Wasser 10 Zimmer gewischt hätte.
Ausserdem war das ganze Zimmer voller Fussabdrücke, wahrscheinlich vom reinigungspersonal.

Das Bad war so in ortnung, natürlich schlampig geputzt.
Die Tür bei der Duschkabine war ausserhalb der Duschtasse angebracht, sodas bei jedem Duschvorgang das Wasser schön auf den Badfussboden runterlief, richtung Abfluss auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Bad. Boden immer schön nass.
Wie kann mann sowas machen.
Da fehlt es von oben herab.
Im Frühstücksraum blieben beim Toaster 2 seiten von 4 Toastscheiben ungetoastet weil diese Heizwicklungen defekt waren.
Wie muss man arbeiten das einem sowas egal ist? Ist das Hotel nicht in der Lage das reparieren zu lassen.

Man kann sagen für Indische verhältnisse ganz akzeptabel.
Gute Basis, aber sehr verbesserungsfähig mit besserer führung

The best hotel we stayed at in India in 18 days/nights
Pros:

The size of the room and the bathroom was great.
Everything was clean.
The staff was careful and the restaurant of the hotel was one of our favorite of our Indian journey (18 days and nights)
We asked for a quite room and they could accomplish our request

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not appreciate of this hotel. Probably the view of the room was not great but the city of Aurangabad is not a nice one. You go there just to explore Ellora and Ajanta caves and further monuments outside the city.

Cons:

No funcionaba la piscina, y las habitaciones y demás instalaciones tienen falta de mantenimiento. Debió ser un hotel muy bueno cuando se inauguro, pero ahora esta envejecido.

Very disappointing stay
Cons:

The rooms were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. There was no soap or toilet paper provided. We had to ask housekeeping (who were really helpful) . The hallway floors were filthy and clearly not vacuumed. Overall, the hygiene standards were unacceptable.

Pros:

Zeer rustige en ontspannende gelegenheid. Perfect voor een bezoek aan de ajanta grotten.
Hier kun je tot rust komen en genieten van het platteland.
Propere kamers en leuke eetplaats

Great hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed this hotel. Lovely spacious foyer, restaurant and bar. The garden restaurant was a real bonus. The staff - reception, restaurant, housekeeping and managers were fabulous. They could not have been more helpful or attentive. We had a wonderful, spacious, clean bedroom / bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Suhil who drove us on our onward journey was great - a fabulous driver. I would highly recommend this hotel.
