Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Zimmer schön, alles funktioniert und ist sauber, gepflegt und vorhanden. Bad angenehm groß. Betten sehr bequem.
Große Auswahl beim Frühstück und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Im Gartenlokal sitzt man abends wirklich sehr schön, aber leider kann man es tagsüber nicht nutzen, da jeglicher Sonnenschutz fehlt. Wäre vielleicht eine Investition wert?

Awesome stay, good food, good house keeping

My stay has been pretty good. Rooms are spacious. Food is good. Mr. Pramod Borde HK Supervisor, and staffs Sheikh Asifa, Shivaji are very professional, taking care of all the details, maintaining proper decorum. Keep up the good work. Worth appreciating.

The restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed the whole of our stay for maintenance but no maintenance was being done. Very disappointing.

Friendly & comfortable
Pros:

Good located for a visit to Ajanta & Ellora. Big room, hot shower and good food. Our cleaner Saresh was very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The Pool was under maintenance and unfortunately it was not mentioned when we booked the room.

A comfortable Hotel, the staff not helpful
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the Hotel

Cons:

The WiFi didn’t work and the Staff was not able to fix it. Later I found out myself the problem. The wife didn’t work, because VPN was active and didn’t permit login to the Hotel Network

Poor experience, very bad and slow service
Pros:

Pathetic service this hotel has. No staff or guard to take your luggage. You are on your own. No one even at the gate to greet or help with luggage despite asking. The TV, AC don't work properly. You have to call the staff everytime and they can't fix it! So be prepared to sleep in whatever temperature the hotel sets it to. We had to sleep in 28 degrees cold! Flush is broken. Location wise and ok hotel. And that's it. Nothing else good about this hotel
