Overall Good and Comfortable
Pros:

° Friendly Front Desk team

° Room and balacony sizes

° Two sides views, sea view on the balcony side (the bigger/main view) and highway and mountain view on the other side

° Great breakfast buffet and grate room service food and grate room service waiter

° I wish to back as soonest to try the big pool, unfortunately, the weather was too cold ❄️ 🥶

Cons:

° Waiting about 2:30 hours to check-in. I arrived at 1:30 PM and I was immediately requested to seat as the room was not ready and I also immediately was offered complimentary tea or coffee although that the standard check-in time didn't pass yet (3 PM).

The waiting was comfortable but it was too long and boring 🥱

° No tea/coffee spons in the room and I struggled to get them! I had to request them from several team members and wait 1 hour or more, I'm not sure now!

° No privacy (DND) / room cleaning signs!

° It's away from the centre and nothing down there but it's remains located on a main highway so it's not difficult to reach wherever you want

Sea view, hamam

Cons:

The dinner buffet was not appropriate and was not worth it. They served cold food that was prepared in the afternoon, and they took it off after we had taken it once. It came to be very expensive as it was not a proper buffet and lacked any variety.

Səhər yeməyi yaxşı idi. Personal gülərüz idi. Axşam restoranda yemək istədik,dedilər olmaz. Otağa sifariş edə bilərsiz vəya lobbidə oturub yeyə bilərsiz. Spa və masaj əla idi. Reseptiondan Rafailə xüsusi təşəkkür.

Cons:

Təmiri köhnədir. Yeniləmək lazımdır. Televizorda youtube yoxdur.

Pros:

Мы приехали в отель, и Фронт Офис Менеджер Александра нас очень тепло встретила. Мы остановились в номере с балконом с видом на море, где смогли насладиться восходом солнца. Менеджер по операциям Шамхал Махаррамли лично позаботился, чтобы на балконе поставили лежанку для полного комфорта. Атмосфера отеля была невероятно уютной и расслабляющей. Мы остались в полном восторге и обязательно вернёмся снова
