Resepsiyada çalışan Rafael bəyə xüsusi təşəkkür etmək istəyirəm. Çox nəzakətli, peşəkar və köməksevər yanaşması ilə qalmağımızı daha rahat və xoş etdi. Belə əməkdaşlar otelin keyfiyyətini birbaşa göstərir. Yenidən gəlsəm, məmnuniyyətlə bu oteli seçərəm.

Еда, приветливый персонал, расположение

Cons:

Номер был не полностью укомплектован к приезду - отсутствовали банные халаты, была только одна пара тапочек, одна чайная ложка, не было бутылок с питьевой водой, туалетные принадлежности были частично. По нашей просьбе все это принесли.

Чистая постель

Cons:

Отель находится очень далеко от центра, практически за городом. Рядом нет ни магазинов, ни нормальной инфраструктуры, что очень неудобно. Сам отель старый и явно требует капитального ремонта. Спа-зона в плохом состоянии: бассейн грязный, плитка местами отколота, выглядит всё неухоженно. Завтраки очень скудные и выбор минимальный. В целом впечатление осталось неприятное, к сожалению, не могу рекомендовать этот отель.

I stayed here with my friends. The sea view rooms are fantastic, and the service was perfect.
