Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel
Pros:

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Restaurant on site is very comfortable and food is good. Breakfast is very good with many choices.

Cons:

On arrival, our room was a bit cold but staff provided a heater and this problem was solved very quickly and we had no issues from then on

Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Very clean and well spaced rooms.

Cons:

Radiator had bed pushed against it in family room. Too dangerous for a child to sleep in incase the rolled over on top of radiator. Adult slept in bed instead but were too warm while heating was on in morning and evening.

Quality classic-style stay
Pros:

Clean and comfy bed, and sofa and the bathroom equipped with clean towels and quality toiletries.
I liked the classic atmosphere of the restaurant especially the dim lighting. Continental breakfast was good enough and the hot breakfast menu complemented it perfectly!

Lovely hotel, decor is very nice

Cons:

Bed comfy, pillows were hard, tap in en-suite keep dripping, couldn’t turn it off! Breakfast was very disappointing, but staff were lovely!

Location was very good. Food was very good.

Cons:

Bed rooms were of very poor standard. Had to move from one that was cold and the second one the toilet didn’t flush.
